He came out to discuss my project after the 2nd time I called him. He promised a bid by the end of the week. No bid came. Still haven't received a bid after 2 more times of me asking for one. This guy is obviously unreliable and doesn't follow through. If you don't want to do a project at least be respectful enough to say that instead of stringing people along. I do not recommend him.

Roger is excellent at what he does and I know I can call him and he will take time to help with my plumbing needs. Always fixes the problem and very reasonable.

I’ve had them come to my house twice once for my air conditioning and another time for an outdoor faucet for my sprinkler system. Both times they were at my house within hours. They had all of the equipment they needed on their truck. The technicians that come, are very respectful of my home. They put the slippers on their feet. They’re very informative, polite and kind. I also appreciate that they always let me know every step of the way how much everything was going to cost, and they always look for ways to save me money with any deals or specials. Highly recommend.

Kevin did a fantastic job of running gas line for a new gas range we had installed. Very responsive, showed up on time, very professional clean work.

The replaced my main water line into the house whole they where there they fixed a leaky faucet and ended up not having water pressure in my tub they stayed took extra time to flush the lines out and get it working again. Price was very reasonable. Will be using for all my plumbing needs. And the guys that showed up were extremely helpful. My household went 3 days without water. While the company claims are 24 hour service, it took 2 days for anyone to contact me and examine my issue. It took another 2 trips and another day to figure out how to handle a shower handle repair with a simple cartridge that needing replacing. Nice repair people, but not great service.

I have been using Greens since moving to Lincoln NE in 2019, with new gas water heater, new AC system, 3 vanity and 2 commode installs, disposal replacement. The last service for an instant water heater that was broken was incompetent, moody and over billed (a repair that did not work). I will look elsewhere for future services.
