10 stars!I came home from a trip to find the carpet in my finished basement sopping wet; it felt like walking through a marsh. I couldn't find the leak after frantically searching everywhere. I called probably 20 different numbers that came up on a search for emergency plumber, as it was after hours on a Friday. This was the only place that said they could get to me within 24 hours even. After Teddy arrived within hours, his thoroughness and explanations and guidance (to a first time homeowner who's oblivious to emergencies like this) were so far above and beyond that I ended up being thankful that none of the other places I called first worked out!I was so impressed that I'm now a Comfy Club member! I'm relieved to know I have a resource for plumbing, HVAC, and I think he also said electrical emergencies that immediately arise with homeownership.

On a Sunday I had a backed up shower that would not drain. My kitchen sink was backed up and my washing machine was also backed up! There was no hope. I call Roto router, Daniel came out, Took a look at my situation and solved the problem. He did a tremendous job and I could not thank him enough!

Today, after an absolute disaster created by DAUENHAUER PLUMBING, I met Master Plumber (of 68 years via family plumbing expertise) Mr. David Wiseman.

Serious, dedicated and so polite. Fixed the messes the young buck from Dauenhauer left us to cope with for five days! Then replaced the Faucet we asked DH to deal with. All this done at a cost at least half if not more the cost the inexperienced company folks at Dauenhauer were going to charge.

ONE WISE PERSON TO CALL ABOUT YOUR NEXT (small to medium sized job for sure) IS Mr. DAVID WISEMAN - SUPER PLUMBER TODAY IN MY EYES.

If you find yourself in a “crappy” situation, I highly recommend Zoom Drain! We had a sewer pipe that was clogged, and with 6 people in the house, we needed help fast! We sent a message late one night and Shawn Ross was at our house at 8:30 the next morning. The clog was gnarly, but he fixed it in less than an hour! He was professional, fast, and got the job done. Thanks Shawn and Zoom Drain!!

Outrageous prices,and horrible service, you can go on Craigslist and find better plumbers alot cheaper.
