Correctly installed toilet but left black stains on tan bedroom carpet, and left black fingerprint stains on two interior doors and bathroom walls. No response from company to resolve soiled carpet. Won't be using this company again!

I was having some leaking and one company came out and said I needed to replace my entire system for 8 - 10 grand!! Brad came out, took a look, and explained that all I needed to do was clean my drain pan!! He also took a look at the entire system and pointed out strengths and weaknesses, time frame for replacement of certain pieces, and he was extremely honest and up front about everything!

Invoicing is vague if you're not tech savvy you don't know what you're paying for. I'm trying to watch over my aging parents. I shouldn't have to call every time something is done to understand the break down of parts and labor.

We always use Lile plumbing simply because they are trustworthy and do a great job. This last time they came to clean out a clog that was back in the wall and ended up rebuilding part of my drain (at no charge) because of old pipe fixtures (1940's house). So...plumbers are expensive but with Lile, I always feel like I get more than what I pay for.
