Best Water Filtration System in Lexington KY

Fayette Heating and Air sent plumber Travis Bugg to my home today to give me an estimate on some plumbing work. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and patient with his explanations for solutions to my plumbing issues. He was professional and eager to find a solution that would be a perfect fit for my situation. Because Travis listened so carefully to my concerns, and answered them so thoroughly, I have a high level of trust for his ability to do an excellent job on the plumbing in my home. I definitely recommend that anyone in the need of a plumber call Fayette Heating and Air. From my experience today, anyone would be fortunate if the plumber they send is Mr. Bugg.

Very pleased! The plumber that came to my house went above & beyond! He didn’t just fix the leak at the base of the toilet he cleaned it, I was so impressed! My husband was asleep cause he doesn’t get off work til 5am & he was very quiet & respectful. Which Was opposite of what I got from the first plumber I called. So I’m very happy with the service I got from Lovell plumbing!

Water has been condensing on the A coils of my two year old unit. The water is being pulled down on the blower, leaking down into the wall and ceiling below. Fayette Heating and Air came out within 24 hours. The technicians charged me for condensation line partially blocked causing water to back up and leak. Drain trap installed improperly from drain pan. Replaced needed drain line and flushed existing line. For this they charged me $315 and only replaced a foot section of PVC!!! My issue is THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM. The water damage has spread. I called them back less than three days later and they had the audacity to try and charge me another $90 service fee. Another one of their technicians came out and said he didn't know what could be causing it and there was nothing he could do. He thought adding freon to the system might help and tried to charge me another $90 to do so!!! Terrible! Had another HVAC company, one with a five star rating, look at the system. They found the drain line the Fayette charged me $315 was not suctioned and cleared! So Fayette did NOTHING and abused my trust in their service pricing.The other company I am using has had to call the manufacture about the system. They are going to check the static pressure in the system and could adjust the blower speed. They are doing everything to fix my problem. DO NOT use Fayette Heating and Air they will rip you off and claim they cannot do anything further when they can't get any more money out of you. Fayette Heating and Air is happy shrugging their shoulders and leaving the job unfixed.I would give Fayette Heating and Air 0 stars.

Brandon did an amazing job. He was very professional and is a dying breed of man in this world of sleazy con artists and yes men. If I need anything more done I will do it with this company.

I am very glad I called Lile Plumbing to unclog a couple drains in my 58 year old house. Ben came about two hours after my initial call and after checking the problems, gave me two options and prices for solving the problems. After about an hour of hard work, the drains were flowing freely. Ben, who did the work, was very professional, nice and pleasant to talk too. He even explained what many of the pipes visible in the basement were for and some dos and don'ts given how the house was plumbed. I will definitely contact them if I have other plumbing problems.
