The King's Helper promptly sent a team to repair some damage done accidently during a job. When you have an issue and need something done in a timely matter GO ELSEWHERE!! Set a time for them to come and evaluate an issue that I am having. I was given a two hour window; so I took off work and waited.....and waited. After the time passed of when they were supposed to arrive (call first) I called them and was given an excuse as to why they didn't arrive, but told they would be there in an hour. Nothing. They never called or showed.
Very poor customer service.

Fantastic customer service by Nick and the rest of the team. Our thermostat went out on our gas hot water heater and they were very quick to order the parts and approve things through our home warranty. Nick was very professional and helpful to give an overview of the work to be done and went the extra mile to answer my questions as the homeowner of what things I can do for routine maintenance. I would highly recommend Ken Tyson Plumbing!
