Ed C. was totally awesome. Replaced valve on my water heater. I had called another company in the am and they gave me a service time of 1 to 6 PM. They did not call until after 6:30pm. I called H2O Maestro at 6:25 and Ed was onsite within an hour. This is a great company with great people. A big shout out to April in the office for being so helpful as well. The other company did me a huge favor not showing up because I couldn’t be happier with the price, the service and the people providing the service (April and Ed). Thanks H2O.
