Our 50 gallon gas water heater died on a Friday after 12 years of service. Not many local plumbing options exist over the weekend, and we called Roto-Rooter Plumbing to see if they could help. From their 24 hour dispatcher, to their prompt scheduling--they stayed in contact with us until our technician could arrive the next day. Andrew (our technician) was both knowledgeable and professional. He informed our all our options and was able to anticipate other potential problems so that his repair time was minimized. The repairs were completed and at at a fair/competitive price. I would certainly recommend calling Roto-Rooter plumbing again to anyone who needed their assistance.

Had a ruptured water leak in our crawl space (on a saturday evening) spraying water everywhere. After i turned off main shutoff valve i called Ken Tyson. According to their web site they have a Live person answer the phone, and also have a technician on call 24 seven for emergencies. Im sure i qualify for an emergency with water running in my crawlspace! The lady that answered the phone said she would pass along that information and someone will call me back very shortly. I finally received a callback from them Monday morning. Not sure why they advertise being emergency call out when it takes almost 36 hours for them to call you back. First time calling them, and my last time. Pathetic.
