After calling a couple companies in town The plumbing Doc was the best quote we received. Aj & Johnny were awesome to work with. Also the ladies at the office were always nice and helpful when we called. Would definitely recommend them.

I was told the technician would have to see my raincoat water treatment system to be able to tell me if they could work on it or not. Red Flag!!! But, the girl I spoke with told me it was a free estimate. I specifically asked.. well what if we don't use your service.... she replied that's OK, we would have to see it anyway. The tech charged My Mom $79. They completely lied

5 stars for Robo Plumbing!! I've used Robo Plumbing several times over the past 6 months and I could not be more pleased. I've received prompt, reliable, and affordable service at each turn and they've really helped me out when I needed service in a hurry. I called them for a septic issue 6 months after another company had supposedly serviced the tank & they got the job done. My water heater started leaking and they replaced it right away before any water damage could be incurred. They've helped me with plumbing issues at my rental properties as well, including toiltets, pipes, and valve replacement. It's great to have a plumbing company you can trust.

The guy promised on the phone that he garunteed they would unclog the drain for $85. When the guy got here 2 hours late, then he only tried about 10 minutes with a tiny snake that didn't even have a top on it. It was just a broken thing. And he could not clear the drain and told me 'oh well. Then tells me I still have to pay $87. So I gave him $90 and he tried to drive off without even giving me change. So garbage company would charge . Even tho he did not do anything he still charged me. Don't ever use this company

Billy was great! He came to fix a broken pipe in my laundry room as well as a faulty faucet for a great price! He was also able to give me an estimate on a future project as well! Would highly recommend him!

Technician left without cleaning up his mess. Never ever had any plumber do that.

We told them we had a Rheem tankless said it was leaking the guy showed up said I've seen this before I can fix it for two or three hundred or I can put a new unit in for two to three thousand.

Ive used this company every time i need plumbing for over 15 years. I don’t search for a better deal, i don’t use a coupon at another place. i call Hometown and pay what they ask. Its done right the first time and they clean the area before leaving.

Great job guys! I loved working with this company, they were in and out, fairly cheap and the plumber I had the opportunity to meet was very helpful. He gave me a few tips and pointers on my septic system for the future.

Don’t call he charges $575 just to tell you what the problem is but doesn’t fix it ..that was basically just a diagonosis!
