Service was done professionally. The service personnel were very skilled and knowledgeable of their trade. They explained the course of actions to be done to resolve the issue very well. They provided the needed tools, equipment and apparatus for the job. The head office is fully in-charge of what’s going on in the field with their project manager, Richard Asunción, doing the actual inspection. The issue was resolved in two-hours and the service done has a one year warranty. The price is a little bit pricey but for a 16-year old house it’s about time the Roto-Rooter did the hydro-jetting our drain line. It’s worth it. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

The service provider who was sent to my home (Ben) Provided excellent customer care service. He checked out my water heater to establish what the problem was and provided detail information as to what was needed to correct the problem. I felt confident in the information he gave me.

My representative, Ryan, was great!!! Fixed the problem quickly, neatly, and was very friendly during the repair. They are the only plumbing shop I will call from now on. Tina, their receptionist was also incredibly nice through the whole process! Great Job guys!!!

Gunner was great and professional, but your rates are way out of line with other plumbers. I will not be calling you again. A fee of $325., For an hour work is way to much.

Mike is great! He didn’t charge me extra to pump my septic tank because it was Christmas Eve. Jeff the service Tech did a great job. He’s a real cool guy so if he comes out to service your septic than you’re in good hands. Would recommend hands down. Thanks again Drain Pro!
