Called prodigy flow plumbing for a bathroom leak , he came out and was very informative about the leak. He was quick with fixing the problem and was very professional with his work. Kevin was great, I will be using his services again, as well as recommending him to others for their plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived at the end of the time window I was quoted. It took 2 hours to repair a short piece of copper pipe and install a new hose bib. Everything seems to work. However, he sent me to the hardware store to purchase a new hose bib as he did not have the part.

Now the surprise - $480 for a little less than 2 hours work. This didn't involve a lot of parts, digging, or anything else. I had a hose bib I could not remove and a bent copper pipe behind it. The pipe was outside the house. $480 just seems WAY out of line - that comes to $240/hour!

I don't understand this company's good rating. I admit, I was in a hurry and didn't shop around. I will not use them again and would recommend that other's go elsewhere, as well!

Very happy I called Robo Plumbing, very professional, informed me of the work they had to do and things I had to do and why. Hard workers they cleaned up after work completed. Very friendly and answered all my questions and they sent plumbers to check issues I had with the toilets. Thank you for the good service and advise. Would recommend this company. Totally satisfied. Nice to see companies that still care for their customers.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and bathroom faucets dripping, Eric was right on time, replaced my garage disposal and two faucets. Smart, great customer service, and honest. I would definitely ask for Eric!!

Excellent service

While I was out on a food delivery run, I parked my car, then the “owner” gets mad at where I’m parked. Threatening me to tow my car with his unmarked company truck, then starts attacking my car for no apparent reason causing damages to my front end, the way the “owner” handle the situation was crazy it was like arguing with a little kid. I would be careful of this guy he has no self control, he is very unprofessional and a mad man.

Advanced Plumbing Service does a good job. Most recently they came to do a system inspection and did work on my water heater. I've been using them for four years and it's been a good experience overall. They get the job done and do it well. Their technicians are efficient, punctual and polite. Their pricing is a little high but in line with others. Their customer service is good; they are prompt and responsive.

Daniel did an excellent job when he was here. He has a very nice personality and was very enjoyable to talk to. Daniel explained everything we needed to know. My husband and I hope we see Daniel again......we enjoyed his visit with us. AAAAAA!
