I call them to fix a problem on my shower faucet, the water valve was not closing enough to shutdown the water. Removing the cartridge for the replacement, they not only damaged the port valve / stop tube but also moved the complete pipe forward and installed the cartridge backwards, for this service they charge me $580. Then after another visit to fix the problem they caused, we needed to replace the complete Port Valve also accommodate the pipe was displaced from the back wall and want to charge me $900 more only for the labor.

I will never use and recommend this company in Bakersfield to anyone, very poor customer service and professionalism.

After calling a couple companies in town The plumbing Doc was the best quote we received. Aj & Johnny were awesome to work with. Also the ladies at the office were always nice and helpful when we called. Would definitely recommend them.

We had to have our home re-piped due to some leaks. Phillip was helpful in explaining the issues when he arrived to assess the situation. Ricky and Jose worked really hard to ensure the repairs were made effectively and promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They did a fantastic job.

Called for an estimate and arrive at the time as told. The 2 people prior I talked to from dispatch were amazing and very professional. plumber who called was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point I declined the estimate. Not only was I being told about not prior disclosed pricing but he even said I will have to pay 2x the amount because it's a duplex. I even explained that it's a single home everything is tied into each other. This home is maybe 1100 Sq total and all plumbing under the home in same area. Something all other estimators understood but this person wouldn't even he me out on it. Understandable as everyone has to make a living it was the plumbers demeanor and attitude that lead to my now disposition with Titan Plumbing. Even went on to say *were not gonna estimate for free* which at no moment did I ever give any indication I wanted a free estimate. Even disclosed that dispatch doesn't know what they're doing/talking about. This was a red flag in itself / dealing with a company that has a lack of unity. His comments were unwarranted and as a first impression for a possible 16k+ job, definitely lead to my decision to use someone else's services. Estimate was going to be for a full re-pipe gas,sewer, and electric with additional add-ons and all new faucets/toilets.

This was the first time I used Advanced Plumbing. They arrived within the time window provided and respected my time as being important to them. Ryan was an absolute professional and did a great job making the two repairs we needed. The process was made easy which has not been my experience with some companies.

The prices charged were consistent with what I have paid for other plumbing work, not over priced but not dirt cheap either. Considering prices are close to equal I want to give business to a company I can trust to do the job correctly on the first attempt. The technician called ahead to get more information regarding my cooler. He looked into pricing for me for the parts and labor. Unfortunately it was out of our budget. They were very understanding that we would not need them to come out until we saved up a little. Very thankful they did not come all the way out of town to diagnose a problem we already new what it was and have to pay for the diagnoses. Very professional and saved us money. Thank you very much! We will be calling you guys again when we are ready to fix :)
