Job was done in a reasonable time however I was not given a price ahead of the job my bad
I feel I was overcharged $525.50 for a simple repair get a quote before you do business with the plumbing doctor

Roto-Rooter was quick to get me scheduled, and the technician came out first thing the next day. But I was no presented with an estimate before the work and was only told after the work was completed that their computer system was down and I had to call in to pay since I couldn’t pay cash. Not super thrilled with the way that was handled, but the work was completed in a timely manner.

BEST plumbers and service intown by far, not only did they do an excellent job but they fixed the shoddy work of another plumber and caught additional issues that would have cause major damages... we will definitely be recommending them to all our family and friends!!!! Great pricing and great service!!! Can't say enough good things about these guys!!
