KCS came and fixed my deck lighting. They were very professional and courteous. They fixed 3 lights very quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service and excellent attitude. I highly recommend them.

Can Do Crew under Doug is not at all the same company as On Time Home Services. His leadership has resulted in a vastly superior experience with top-notch staffing. I am happy I gave them another chance and very grateful to Doug for doing his best to make right the mistakes from his predecessor. I'm looking forward to continued engagement with Can Do Crew!

A little history first: Can Do Crew used to be On Time Home Services (under a different owner). I had less than stellar experiences with On Time and missed the fact that the ownership had changed. I recently was made aware that Can Do Crew was not the same company with a new name, but was in fact a whole new company under a new owner who is customer service focused. This saga is easier to track on Yelp where it is under the same string/account.

I spoke to the new owner, Doug, who promised to make right the numerous issues I had with On Time and got us on their maintenance plan. I called on Monday to schedule some of the service that we were overdue for and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Today, both an AC guy (Randy) and plumber (Marcos) came out to replace my AC filters and flush my tankless water heater.

Both showed up on time and were professional and very helpful. I was really impressed with the thoroughness of Marcos. In addition to flushing my water heater, he checked every faucet and spigot on the property to help spot any issues early. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and proactively provided information on what I should look out for as my home ages.

Randy was also really helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to secure the right-sized filters for my home. Including calling to give me a timing update when this search took longer than expected.

What I can say so far is that the experience with Can Do Crew and the folks under Doug's new leadership are a breath of fresh air from my experiences with On Time Home Services under the previous owner.

So far, I am happy I was able to speak with Doug and experience his improved team. I'm looking forward to future experiences with his group and will, of course, provide update as we move forward and I have additional opportunities to work with Can Do Crew.

Shout out to Sean the HVAC tech. He helped me get my AC working again and didn't make me feel like an idiot. He was very thorough and completed the service call quickly. I highly recommend Delta.

I called Plumbing Guys because I thought our water heater went out but come to find out when Manuel from Plumbing Guys arrived the only thing wrong was the pilot light needed to be lit. Manuel did find there was a leak from my toilet causing water to come into the basement which he fixed for a reasonable price. This was all done on the day before Thanksgiving 2020. I love their service and Manuel was nice and personable. I call them for all of my plumbing needs.

EVERYONE please read this we had bought all these parts to fix our busted pipe at our house in skiatook we spent all day out there since like 10 in the morning and just got home right now we were out of ideas but there is a worker for this company named John and he is really amazing an such a blessing he decided to take time out of his day to come help us an this is at night time I luckily drove past his house and he was nice an willing enough yo come take a look at our problem and he fixed the last piece that we forgot about within 2 minutes and didn't even charge us this place is really amazing an people like him and them are such a blessing thank u so much
