My Technician Edgar called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He arrived well within the state window of time for the appointment. Edgar was very friendly and professional and did a great job replacing our water heater.

We had serious leaks with old sink piping and we are tired of landlord maintenance patching here, and tightening there so we called hps for help and to get plumbing work done professionaly (correctly) and Johel with hps plumbing did an awesome job on old pipe that needed way overdo repair it was well worth the expense and bypassing the landlord to get this work done correctly. Thank you hps for your help.

Edgar came out to find why our tub wouldn’t hold water and ended up advising of other issues we weren’t aware of because he took the time to do a thorough investigation. Long story short, our tub was fixed along with the other issues and we were given a fair price and full explanation in advance. We’ll be enjoying our long hot baths this winter. Thanks HPS!

We had an emergency hot water heater went out on Friday they couldn't respond until Tuesday but titan plumbing came right out I would highly recommend them over hps and cost is much better.

My 50 year-old house has required a visit from HPS about once per year since I've lived here. Every time, the technician has been friendly and very professional. They stand behind their work and have never failed to get the job done on time. They're not the cheapest in town, but it's worth it to get the job done right the first time and leave the hassle to the professionals.

These guys are the worst. They stood us up twice while we were waiting for hours and they never bothered to call to say they were going to be late or weren't coming at all. There are some good plumbers out there but this outfit is not among those. I guess they have a lot of work, as they just don't seem to care.

I called HPS early in the morning to schedule a service visit to repair a leaking toilet. To my surprise, a technician was able to come out to my home that morning and quickly repair the leak! Edgar was so nice and professional and brought the toilet up to code by installing some new hardware. Great price and great service! Would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing services!

Woke up this morning the way no one ever wants to... with two flooded bathrooms. I called HPS and they told me that they would get someone out this afternoon. Well, just a couple of minutes later, I got a call from a tech telling me that he could actually be there right now. So from call to arrival was only about half an hour. Both techs (Frankie and Jesse) were very friendly and helpful, and very clearly explained what the issue was. I can't fault anyone, from the people who initially answered my call, to the techs, to the billing department, on their customer service.

Was the price a little high? I don't know. Plumbers are expensive in general, and when you're up to your ankles in water, you're not counting pennies. But there were no surprises. I was told how much the service would cost and why in advance, which is more than a lot of companies do. I will definitely call HPS in the future.

HPS was able to work me in the same day and Frankie, the technician was great and honest. He didn't try to charge me for unneeded services and performed the needed services with the highest quality. If I ever need services in the future, I will be calling HPS.

I called HPS on a Friday morning about my busted water heater that was flooding my house and thankfully they came that afternoon and replaced it. Super timely and helpful. However the technician, Manny, was a real jerk. Left a huge muddy mess all over the laundry room near the heater and left trash everywhere, including the yard. The plumbing work itself was great but the guy was a terrible experience.

Frankie was very professional. Did a great job explaining the work that was needed. Will call again for all future plumbing problems!

Called HPS on a Saturday for an emergency call out due to an outdoor pipe breaking. HPS sent out a technician in less than a hour. Albert Sanchez was the technician and was extremely knowledgeable and fast. Pricing was reasonable due to it being a Saturday.

HPS Tech. arrived at my house, the same day I called requesting installation of my new toilet tank. Service Technician Albert Sanchez was extremely professional in his listening skills, and work ethic. He provided information and estimate immediately and wasted no time. He was meticulous and took great steps to prep the area around the toilet to keep everything dry. He cleaned up and removed the old tank and lid. He was pleasant and kind and very respectful. I am thrilled to have found a Plumber that I can trust and will call again if needed.

We had our water heater go out on the weekend and the dispatcher had a serviceman with a new water heater at our door within an hour. The serviceman had the new top quality water heater insulated and he upgraded the waterline to Bakersfield City codes within a few hours. The service was great and efficient. The price was lower than what we were expecting for a weekend emergency project, which made us even happier. Definitely the best plumbing service in Bakersfield and I highly recommend them.

I had to call a plumber after detecting a seepage at the foundation..
The first plumbing company I called refused to check in the crawl space after the leak was found to not be from inside the house.
They basically refused the job.
I called HPS and they arrived promptly.
Manny and Frank arrived and diagnosed and fixed the problem.
I will call HPS first from now on.

I had some work done in the garage, when my water heater was reattached, by another plumbing company. Who left the vent off the top of the water heater, it was not noticed for a few days. So I had to call HPS Plumbing, and We were shocked that plumbers would leave a vent off a water heater that was letting carbon monoxide flow freely in our garage. Edgar was our plumber he was great, and very professional. They came right away to get the problem solved. I highly recommend HPS Plumbing to everyone.

I didn't have him do any work. He gave the problem a visual inspection. What set me wrong with him when I asked questions he was more concerned about what he would charge.

I don’t normally write reviews but after a third request I feel like I have to. Don’t get me wrong they were great. I was very pleased with their work. However I would never buy a hot water tank from them again. It is the worst hot water tank I have ever had. They did come out and work on it. It did improve the hot water. Now I get warm water in my master bath. It takes about five to ten minutes to get it to the point that I can’t hold my hand under it. The last 2 hot water tanks I had it only took 10-20 seconds for hot water.

HPS Plumbing went above and beyond our expectations! After installing a required backflow preventer, they also custom built a metal enclosure to protect the pipes and valves. When we had toilet problem, they came earlier than expected and fixed the blockage quickly! I am so very grateful for HPS. They always exceed my expectation.

We had an emergency at 11PM and a plumber arrived within 20 minutes. Edgar was very professional and super nice! I highly recommend them. Thank you HPS!

Our water at our shop started to taste bad, we had Johel changed our filters at our shop. Johel did a great job and finished the job in no time . Our water is back to Taste normal thanks to Johel.

A few days ago, I had Manny come out and fix a difficult problem with my toilet in the front bathroom. Yesterday Johel came and fixed a broken toilet in the master bathroom. Both of the men did a fantastic job of working on both bathrooms and there is no way that I could have gotten better service. The two men gave me their best and I highly recommend H.P.S. for any plumbing and repair service.

I have used HPS plumbing services for business needs over the last year. Jesse is the plumber who usually works on our drain installations and water connections. Jesse is highly reliable, communicates well, timely and goes above and beyond when doing repairs. I called HPS for a plumber to fix my whole house shutoff valve, and was delighted to find that they sent Edgar . He did his usual excellent job. I should probably have placed this review over a year ago, as at the time, he not only provided excellent plumbing services, but was incredibly kind-- taking care of a big problem for my 95 year old father who had moderate dementia. We'd had a budget plumber install a toilet in my father's bathroom. The toilet leaked at the seal and rotted out the floor, so now we needed both the toilet and flooring replaced. Ordinarily, those things would be done on separate days and the bathroom would be out of commission for an extended period. Edgar recruited, and coordinated with, Jost flooring (they were also wonderful) to get it all done in less than one day so that my father's routine would be as little disrupted as possible. I am forever grateful for both the skill and the compassion shown by Edgar and this company. I have used them for other work and their plumbers have been consistently competent, polite and left their work spaces clean.

Everything was all good at first aside from showing up 30 minutes past the 2 hours window, but the employee not once went up into our attic even though he thought there may have been a bigger problem. 450 on a fix and he said we were good. Then our pipes burst the very next morning and had to get another plumber out here for repair. My kids were terrified. They had water falling from the lights and ac vents. We are very upset with the 450 we spent....the new plumber that came said it looked like it had been leaking for days before fully bursting and hps would have known that had they taken the 2 minutes to check the attic plumbing. If I could give zero stars I would. And they never sent my receipt to my email.

The sewer line at my 90 year old grandmother’s house had backed up into both showers and at the same time the seal on her toilet began to leak. Luckily I had been there to help her get the water turned off to everything and to call the plumber. Johel Morales was the service technician that was on call that hot Saturday and he came over right away to assistant us. He explained what had happened and had the problem corrected in no time! Thank you Johel for everything, I will definitely use HPS again.

Plumber technician was nice and did a good job installing the comfort toilet. I was a little disappointed it wasn't a little higher in height (he may not have picked it out) as I think I've seen some advertised higher in height from other stores but was told that's the highest they come in, so what could I say. My husband needed it installed today . As far as his work, like I said, he did a good job with the installation!!

The person gave us a price too high for the labor of replacing three faucets. Over $925.00. I went to YouTube and Lowe’s has a video showing how to do it. Very simple to follow. I just need a special wrench to loosen and tighten the water tube connectors.

I'm pleased to share that I received exceptional service from Albert Sanchez. I had a plumbing issue in my master bathroom and Mr. Sanchez was thorough in his examination of the issue. He kept me informed about everything he was going to do as he was working. He was also very conscience of entering my home with appropriate protective gear so that he wouldn't get my floors dirty or contaminate anything inside. My sink busted. I bought a new one and called Hps for a quote to remove the old sink and replace it with the one I bought, and we agreed to do the work the following week. Plumber showed up the following week at 1pm and pulled the old sink, cut the counter to fit the new one, redid the plumbing from sink to the wall, and installed the new sink. At 330 the plumber left. Great work. Hps cost for the service: $750. That's $300/hr ($750/2.5hr), (and the plumber mentioned that it took him much longer than he thought it would.)

The plumber (Frankie) is professional, friendly and polite. Frankie has been to our house twice and both times has done repairs in a timely manner, also cleans up any mess that is made.

The serviceman was right on time and called to let me know he was on the way. When he had found out the the problem was worse than he thought he let me know right away and asked my permission to continue.Even had a second person come to help. Kept updated and was finished and the problem was solved! Two days now and no problems. Albert and Manny were very professional and very personable. At 10:00 PM we called HPS because of a leak behind the sink. Within 40 minutes Johel was at our home to repair the leaking pipe.
This was the second time that Johel did a repair for us.
He is very professional and personable. He is extremely competent and we will definitely call HPS for any of our plumbing needs and we will specifically request Johel, if he is available, to be the

The technician, Albert Sanchez, did a great job! He was on time, efficient, professional, thorough, polite and friendly. Our water heater failed on Sunday (yesterday) and HPS replaced it Monday morning. We have used this company before and had great service and did again.

Our business needed it's annual backflow test. I was able to get same day appointment. Frank showed up in a timely manner was very friendly and very efficient. Was a quick easy test and he was on his way. Great customer service.

Your men are working in Lazy H Park and they are the most polite group of men I have ever encountered. They had my front flower bed dismantled during their construction but put it back just like it was when they finished. Can't say enough about what great employees you have.
