I was having water heater issues and went online to my neighborhood Facebook page and asked for recommendations. Garrett's Plumbing came with high recommendations. When I called for an appointment, Owen, the owner, answered and was very friendly and polite. He listened to my issues and set up an appointment with a technician that same day. Ozzie, the tech that came out was very pleasant and got right to work. We had hot water in no time. I'm so glad that I found Garrett's Plumbing. If I ever have plumbing issues again, they are the ones I'll call!

Owen’s team was very professional, on time and did amazing work. Replaced all our piping in our kitchen and attic. I highly recommend this company.

Worst con artist in history. I had one leaky plastic Pipe on my ceiling they pretended that there were several leaky ones and State hours needless to say they get paid By the hour. They We’re at my house from nine to 3 pm Pretending to do work and taking several trips to Home Depot the lasted a couple of hours in between. They will con you with a smile and then send you the bill of the Time you paid for And they pretended to work.Half an hour after they left the same pipes that They were pretending To fix were leaking again. Worst company ever if you want to get ripped off and waste your day all day call them.

Excellent customer service plus integrity
We had a plumbing problem that no one else could seem to figure out. They were honest, kept us in the loop, and stuck with us until the problem was solved. The owner was involved, which made me feel great. I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise. Five Stars!

Honest company all around.
They did a Tenant Improvement / New Construction water mainline and ventline for me.The service was excellent and very priofessional. I would highly recommend Garrett's plumbing for any job needed.

Love these guys! Very professional, punctual and dependable. Have used them for various plumbing issues through the years from garbage disposal and faucet replacement to fixing our tankless water heater (which was a big one for us when we couldn't get any hot water flowing!). I had a nasty clogged drain in my kitchen sink from a previous renter (we had just moved in). I called Owen and he had one of his guys here within the hour. It only took him an hour to fix the blockage and he was neat, clean, curteous, professional, thorough and he picked up after himself after he was done. He didn't overcharge me, either! I wouln't hesitate to call these guys again, should the need arise. THAT'S how a business should be ran. I am a very pleased customer, and I would certainly recommend them to a friend.
