KCS came and fixed my deck lighting. They were very professional and courteous. They fixed 3 lights very quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service and excellent attitude. I highly recommend them.

They were on time and completely did the job in one days time we used them a time before when they redid our plumbing from the house to the street. They are very professional, very courteous. I would highly recommend them.

We are selling our home (have only lived here for 5 years) and called Robo for Septic pumping and certification - was quoted $525. They showed up and we showed them where the septic was located - advised that there were sprinkler lines around so please be mindful...They started digging - dug two holes - sawed through 3 sprinkler lines without saying a word...and when I came outside to ask how things were going - all of about 1 hour later - said we had some real issues!!! $1500 worth of real issues! They tried to tell me that things had apparently rotted or disintegrated and had to be replaced. Then I informed the young man that we had only owned the home for 5 years and ironically it had been certified with no problems when we bought it at which point he accused that company of being crooked!!! I had him stop his work and leave be a bid for what he proposed to do. He actually had the nerve to include a $100 charge for the sprinkler lines he sawed through!

I actually had to pay these people $250 to destroy my sprinkler system and fail my septic certification! LOL I then proceeded to call an ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR who actually knows what he's doing. Got the work done for what I was originally quoted by these people - didn't get a bunch of BS that didn't need to be done!

July 12 2017 - Thank you for finally stopping the harassment Gilbert - the constant phone calls were a bit annoying. I told you from the beginning it was not about the money!!!! We were fully aware of the kind of septic system we have and know exactly it's age - thank you very much! LOL The reason for the engineering contractor...he was referred by a realtor - nothing more - nothing less! No major problems! I WAS NOT in any way slandering your company or your technicians...but by virtue of your text to me...you are doing it to yourself! My Google review CANNOT BE BOUGHT! It is HONEST AND FAIR!

Their office staff customer service was great and onsite plumber was polite, informative, clean working space and fixed right the first time after receiving parts. Hire them!

Tech was great.

I was blessed to get Ryan on two separate occasions. Ryan arrived on time and started trouble shooting the problem right away. The first time I called Advance Plumbing Ryan came out and connected a sink drain for me. It was extremely polite and professional. He got the job done quickly and was off to his next job. The second time I called Advance Plumbing, I was lucky to get Ryan again. We had a backup in our laundry room and in our kitchen. Ryan came through and solved the problem as if it was a cake walk. I had a hot water needing replaced at my rental property. Ryan said he could do it that day. We coordinated with Advance Plumbing to solve the problem. Would you believe that he had all the parts he need in the back of his truck. He solve both issues and was off in a dash. I will definitely use their services in the future. Thank you Ryan.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable. Technician was very honest and helpful. Forking out a bunch of cash is never enjoyable but at least I know i am getting a quality product. Any complaints I have are with Towery Homes and their shotty work.
