Almost got hit by one of their drivers. So clearly somebody needs to hire better, there was a child in the car and he kept coming refusing to stop when we had the right away then proceeded to speed by and flip us off like we were in the wrong. Most unprofessional thing to do especially in company vehicle.

My husband and I called Drain pro originally to recenter our washer and dryer lines in our laundry room during a remodeling. We set an Appointment for a couple days out to have the work done, but unfortunately we ran into another issue when our water heater started leaking. When we called again they were very understanding with my concerns and were able to come out the same day. Not only did they recenter my washer lines they ALSO relocated my water heater to the garage AND installed a brand new one!! I cant thank these guys enough, I had nothing to worry about ,while they did all the work. Drain pro is amazing, very personal, reliable and does an outstanding job!!!I highly recommend them to anyone

I had a nasty clogged drain in my kitchen sink from a previous renter (we had just moved in). I called Owen and he had one of his guys here within the hour. It only took him an hour to fix the blockage and he was neat, clean, curteous, professional, thorough and he picked up after himself after he was done. He didn't overcharge me, either! I wouln't hesitate to call these guys again, should the need arise. THAT'S how a business should be ran. I am a very pleased customer, and I would certainly recommend them to a friend.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.

Sammy at Cal Heights Construction is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and he explains everything and communicates and gets back to you right away. Sammy is prompt and does beautiful work. I had him put in two new faucets in our guest bathroom. They look beautiful and work great. I am so happy! I am going to have him come back to fix a few more things in our home soon.

Will was punctual, professional , and reasonably priced. We couldn’t be happier with the work he did for us. We will definitely use him for other needs around our house!
