We had a pipe blow under the house on CHRISTMAS and the guy that came out couldn't have been nicer. He was there in about 10 minutes and was charming, knowledgeable, kind and QUICK. Who wants to go under a house in the mud on Christmas to fix a pipe? A+ job. I will recommend to everyone.

Best choice about a plumber option

We are selling our home (have only lived here for 5 years) and called Robo for Septic pumping and certification - was quoted $525. They showed up and we showed them where the septic was located - advised that there were sprinkler lines around so please be mindful...They started digging - dug two holes - sawed through 3 sprinkler lines without saying a word...and when I came outside to ask how things were going - all of about 1 hour later - said we had some real issues!!! $1500 worth of real issues! They tried to tell me that things had apparently rotted or disintegrated and had to be replaced. Then I informed the young man that we had only owned the home for 5 years and ironically it had been certified with no problems when we bought it at which point he accused that company of being crooked!!! I had him stop his work and leave be a bid for what he proposed to do. He actually had the nerve to include a $100 charge for the sprinkler lines he sawed through!

I actually had to pay these people $250 to destroy my sprinkler system and fail my septic certification! LOL I then proceeded to call an ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR who actually knows what he's doing. Got the work done for what I was originally quoted by these people - didn't get a bunch of BS that didn't need to be done!

July 12 2017 - Thank you for finally stopping the harassment Gilbert - the constant phone calls were a bit annoying. I told you from the beginning it was not about the money!!!! We were fully aware of the kind of septic system we have and know exactly it's age - thank you very much! LOL The reason for the engineering contractor...he was referred by a realtor - nothing more - nothing less! No major problems! I WAS NOT in any way slandering your company or your technicians...but by virtue of your text to me...you are doing it to yourself! My Google review CANNOT BE BOUGHT! It is HONEST AND FAIR!

PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME OR HARASS ME ANY MORE or your text will be the next thing I will post for your customers to see...

We have a cabin above Bakersfield at about 5,500 feet. We were up a week ago and the son noticed a hole in our septic tank. I had Hometown pumping come up today to pump out the tank and make any repairs we might need. We only had to replace the tank lid....it’s all open range where our place is, so we are thinking maybe a large cow must have jumped or hit just perfect to break the lid. The man who pumped out our tank (Allen) did a great job, he did all the digging and covering up of the tank. Allen made no mess (no poop) or mud puddles any where. He did an outstanding job at a fair price. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.

Came, determined problem, came back and fixed. Very friendly and efficiente. If needed, would use again and recommend to others.

I have been using Drain pro for 19 years. Someone convinced me to try Liberty in July 2020. I had horrible service. So reluctantly I did. Liberty left huge mounds where they dug to get to septic tanks. So now not even 6 months later we were experiencing septic back up again. I normally have to get pumped every 3-4 years so I knew something must be wrong. So I called Mike at Drain pro. Jeff came to pump my system again and asked if we had a bunch more people living with us. No we do not. Long story short Liberty did not empty my tanks. Our system is working properly. Jeff said there were no leaks going into the tanks. I will only ever use drain pro from here on out. Mike and Jeff are honest and I know my entire system was completely drained. Jeff put my yard back how it was no huge mounds. Thank you drain pro.
