Had placed an emergency call for our little league today during our busiest game day of the week. They were quick to arrive and got us up running again in no time. Very professional and prompt. Would use them again and recommend them.

Great customer service with friendly service tech who are very knowledgeable in all aspects of their respected field.

I have required the service of Advanced Plumbing three (3) times in the past 2 months. Each time Ryan was the service technician. Ryan is a complete professional. He was respectful, courteous and efficient. And each time Ryan quickly troubleshoot the problem, gave ma quote and then solved my headache.

On one specific occasion the troubleshooting determined that I needed a new hot water heater. It blew my mind that he had one in his truck, and he swapped out the old and put in the new, in what seemed to be about 45 minutes. It would have taken me at least a 4 hrs.

I don't do many reviews but my experience with Advanced Plumbing's staff and Ryan [Super Plumber] have been nothing but exceptional. I am sure I will be using them on my other properties and they are the only Plumber that I have saved in my phonebook.

Discovered a pinhole leak on a copper pipe in my bathroom wall on Saturday morning. They arrived within ~1 hour, and finished two hours later. Excellent response; excellent work.

The guy promised on the phone that he garunteed they would unclog the drain for $85. When the guy got here 2 hours late, then he only tried about 10 minutes with a tiny snake that didn't even have a top on it. It was just a broken thing. And he could not clear the drain and told me 'oh well. Then tells me I still have to pay $87. So I gave him $90 and he tried to drive off without even giving me change. So garbage company would charge . Even tho he did not do anything he still charged me. Don't ever use this company

My appointment was between 12 noon - 1:00 PM and to my surprise he showed up at 11:20 AM. He (Jerrod) discussed several different options with us to fix our problem and was willing to give me (3) different written estimates. I am 99.9% sure this is the company we'll hire but we've got some homework to do first, such as going over the estimates and make a decision as to how much we want to spend.

I would definitely use this company again, and technically havent used them yet!! But the professionalism displayed and the ability to answer our question is always a plus. Kudo's to The Plumbing Doc as so far this has been an extremely pleasant experience.
