Honest, Respectful, and called before arriving. I got a bid from another company and they wanted to charge me $850 and cut my wall. Drain Pro came out and fixed my leak without having to cut my wall for only $175. The other company was trying to take advantage of a single women. I appreciate Drain Pro being honest with me and I'm very, very, happy with their service!!! I will call them again if I have any other issues with my home or rentals.

The plumber was quick and efficient. If we have any more issues we'll definitely be using this company again!

Avoid if you can. I left a bad review and they showed up at my house again lmao. They sent a guy named Billy Jenkins who couldn’t even to do a basic dryer installation. Did it all myself in 20 minutes and wasted $75 paying this bum they call a “plumber.”

Great guys. I can't sing their praises enough. They are more expensive than some other plumbers but i URGE you to think twice before picking the cheaper plumber like i did the last time.

***I hired another plumber at first to get a rather easy non emergency job done, well this other guy took a 5 hour lunch, tried to charge it to me saying that it was time spent acquiring the pipe i needed. He claimed he had to go to Delano to get the pipe; get this that specialtiy pipe can be found at an ANY in town lowe's or Home depot because i checked while he was away on his 5 hour break. I used to work in the plumbing department i know the inventory. When that bozo came back he messed with my water heater when i wasn't looking and tried to charge me to FIX IT! the nerve of that other guy, and im sure this is pretty typical in the plumbing industry just like the automotive industry.***

Moral of the story is if you DONT know your away around pipes, you wan't someone you can trust who won't try to rip you off, you want someone honest you can trust to visit your home where you and your family sleep... The only guys i now trust is the Father and Son operation at Plumbing Doc.
THESE GUYS are honest, fast and know what they are talking about. Both the son and the father know their stuff. Don't get scammed by going for the cheaper guy like I almost did.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Hometown Plumbing. Our upstairs shower was leaking through our downstairs ceiling. Rather than having a huge hole ripped through our wall or ceiling, the problem was immediately detected and resolved, and the leak is completely gone! I highly recommend using Hometown Plumbing. I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.
