robo plumbing came to my house 3 days in a row and my water heater still doesn’t work. On the third day they said they knew the part that needed to be fixed which was $115 dollars extra. The technician told me there will be no labor fees because of the fact that I already paid $180 for a “service” which is nothing more than a inspection. I called to schedule the part to be replaced just to be told I am in fact paying for more labor and the mark up on the part, totaling $275 on top of the $180. I could not be more disappointed with Robo Plumbing. Horrible experience all around.

SOME HEROES DO NOT WEAR CAPES! I have had the misfortune of dealing with with major water damage issues TWICE in my life (which is more than enough!) BOTH times we’ve contacted ROTO-ROOTER & Roto-Rooter WATER RESTORATION to assist with the immediate plumbing issue as well as the EXTENSIVE damage we now know a water leak can cause. BOTH times we worked with EXCELLENT folks who worked hard, were ALWAYS AVAILABLE at the drop of a hat, charged REASONABLE RATES, and generally just helped us get through a very tough experience without going nuts! If you must go through homeowners insurance, they have worked with the appraisers and they’ve seen it all before. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with RICHARD, JOHN M., BEN E. and ROBERT G and everyone was just great! Antonio de La Cruz - I can say I now have a great plumber !!! Very kind, explained everything and gave me options for this last job. The first job he replaced pipes UNDER my house for my bathroom/tub/shower. I guarantee he worked very hard and did an excellent job. THIS is something I cannot nor will I do !!
