Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

Jason has on two occasions come to help us with water leaks. He not only gave his expertise but also referred us to another business to help with water damage. He went above and beyond and could have easily charged us so much more, but that’s not how he does business. He knows his trade and treats his customers with respect and doesn’t nickel and dime anyone. I absolutely recommend Nevada Plumbing Authority.

My home A/C stopped working around 8:30 pm and I called to schedule appointment and had the option of a standard service call next day for a small fee or after hours for a big fee - I opted for the big fee and this team came out within an hour and had my A/C back up and running before 10pm. The fee was well worth it. The team was professional from dispatch to repair to billing. Very Satisfied - Zach did an amazing job - Thank You! BEWARE!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

Wow!!!! The positive reviews are real, what a great team. My main water line went out, without hesitation, Brian outbids all other estimates, he assessed, fixed, and I was fully satisfied of his work, simple and quick, better than new! I would highly recommend this team to family and friends.

I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

Everybody at Impact Plumbing were great! They helped us in a time of need when we couldn't figure out why our bathroom started to smell. They called me back right away, moved some things around and came to the rescue. Preston was so nice and helpful. Everyone liked him in the office and if we ever have any problem we will call them again!
