We called Bosch Plumbing on a Sunday due to water leaking from the ceiling. After a quick call, Keegan arrived by 4:00 PM and quickly diagnosed our problem. We had a nail through a water line from the home builder.

Keegan was prompt, HONEST, professional, competitive pricing, and had completed QUALITY work. Not only did Keegan check on us later to make sure everything was good, he recommended a home restoration service and builder that was also polished, professional and came out the next day to assist.

I found LV Restoration & Plumbing online when searching for a leak detection service. On a Sunday morning, I entered my information online requesting an appointment. In less than 5 minutes, my phone rang. To my amazement, Brian told me he could be there later Sunday afternoon ! He called when he was 20 minutes away, like he said he would. He arrived soon after.
He was very friendly and well versed in water issues. He was knowledgeable with how Las Vegas Water District works and the problem that I was having. He walked around my property in 110 degree heat with a spring in his step, looking and listening for any leaks, as we deducted it was from my irrigation system. Once we investigated all 10 irrigation boxes, bugs in all, he found two leaks.
When I ask him how much do I owe, he said - nothing. His visit was a free estimate. I was pleasantly surprised and taken aback at the same time. I would definitely use LV Restoration & Plumbing again in the future for anything water related involving my home. Thank you Brian !

The technician, Danny A., explained everything clearly, did a great job, and was very personable. I’ve used this company before, and have always been happy with their service in general. The dispatcher was also very congenial and was able to get the tech out on the same day I called. The price was fair and the tech didn’t try to tell me I needed something else done that didn’t need doing.

For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

I had a major leak, and a long term hidden leak. This was not an easy remedy scenario. I was so grateful they sent an appropriate crew as soon as they could to diagnose and quickly repair both issues. We had our ac go out when it was over 100 outside. They helped us work with our home warranty to get some of the system covered, which not one company was willing to do, we called 7 places. We had a very knowledgeable tech come out at 10 at night to help us out to get on the books as soon as possible. Jeff was our tech and he worked his tail off for us helping things get moved along and working with the warranty company and keeping us posted with updates. Not to mention he cleaned and fixed any scuffs to the walls from replacing the new system which I really appreciated. I’m very happy we went with these guys they are great.
