Look no further than this company for any of your AC support needs! They are the best! Vince Massa came out to help us when our AC stopped cooling. He made sure that everything was fixed and had to troubleshoot multiple issues with our very difficult unit. He checked in multiple times to make sure things were good & cared about our unit being repaired same day so we had a comfortable night of sleep. He also made sure the process of repairing our unit was affordable and we know we would not have found a better value anywhere else. We are so grateful & highly recommend Vince and this company!

This is an updated/added review:My encounters with the company since my HVAC installation has been hectic, to say the least. Not that I am unhappy thus far, but it's been an interesting experience. By the time I connected with Skyler on the evening of 7/20/2023 I was frantic, and my anxiety level was high. While I am reserving my total after-install experience review for a later date, I am pleased to offer my expressed regard for Skyler in Customer Service. His professionalism; to include his demeanor, patience, initiative and persistence in helping resolve my problem is impressive, to be commended, and is definitely appreciated by me. As much as his type of dedication and genuine concern is sorely, IMO, lacking these days, I sincerely hope that your company values his character and skills as much as I certainly do. He is a great reflection on Bumble Breeze.

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONALISM, AND THE WORK DONE. THANK YOU ANTHEM!

Fantastic experience -- came out the same day (a Friday) our first day in our new house. Thanks to them, we had filtered water, a working washer & dryer, and an un-clogged dishwasher before the weekend. Reasonably priced, great service. Will definitely use again.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.

Rakeman has been my number one choice since day one. I am a project coordinator for Titan Solar power and if i ever need a contractor to do any work for our Local Office or Customers home they are my go too!
