Sunday morning and no hot water for a shower. Why do plumbing issues always happen on the weekend? Luckily, I called Nevada Plumbing Authority because I had to call them on a weekend prior for a water heater leak and they responded quickly. Once again...Jason answered my call and was out in a couple of hours to handle the repair. Courteous as can be...found the most cost efficient way to handle the repair...and I was showering before mid-afternoon. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how fast they responded and genuinely understood my issue and handled it with a sense of urgency rarely seen from businesses now days.

Was really embarrassed after our upstairs toilet broke one night and we had to go out to a coffee shop in the morning. The next day, this local plumber came by and fixed the problem for me.

Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning did a great job fixing our leaking outdoor faucet and installing a new interior ball valve. They also graciously straightened and sealed the shaky foundation of our toilet without us asking them to do so, and they replaced the entire inside of the tank with new parts. Stop the dripping! He was charged exactly what was quoted. The measures they made to ensure my safety during covid hours were much appreciated (mask, gloves, booties.)

I had a new water heater was installed a month ago because the hot water in my apartment wasn’t working. After the installation by Lowes was completed, behold hot water had been restored, but then my heating system stopped working. Lowes had come back to check the installation and claimed that it wasn’t their problem no more and that it was now a problem for HVAC.So…HVAC people came out, took a look at the unit and claimed that it was a plumbing issue. Then…plumbing came out and took a look at it and said that it was an issue for HVAC. I went through a total of 7 different companies claiming that it was either an issue for HVAC or Plumbing. What a headache!Finally, Anytime Plumbing sent J.D. to take a look at the problem. Quite honestly at this point I lost all hope at restoring heat in my apartment, as I had been without heat for over a month now. I thought, Oh great another person to tell me that it wasn’t their issue…But no, J.D. proved otherwise and did an awesome job at troubleshooting the problem. He asked about the history that led up to this point and I think by him doing that it gave him a better understanding of what was going on. He even got on the phone to seek out a second opinion regarding the HVAC unit. I appreciate the time and the patience that he took to figure out the problem and fix it. Thank you for not walking away from the situation like everyone else and tell me that there wasn’t anything you could do! We can sleep better tonight knowing that there will be heat in our apartment! Thank you J.D. and Anytime Plumbing!!!!!!! (^_^)

Like to thank joe and Jose that in the end showed true professionalism. They stayed true to there word and made an error into an amazing remodeled floor. Hands down need more workers like Jose to represent LVR. He treated the job as he was working in his own house.

I was assigned this company through my homeowners warranty- not only did they save my A&& they saved me a lot of cash!! While scrubbing my glass shower doors I turn on my shower wand to rinse the soap and suddenly the handle that controls the water is no longer connected! Water is running nonstop and I had no way to shut it off- panic sets in!!! Longstory short 5 star comes out and shut off water at main- initially they said I’d need to install a new valve which meant the walls of the shower had to be cut open- they needed authorization from the insurance so I spent an evening with no water in my home ;( insurance told me they’d only cover the valve repair not the rebuild of the shower walls- yikes!!!$$$ Today they sent Superman! Gary showed up on time, took a look and said we just need to get that cartridge that’s broken in the wall -out- I was certain I was being forced to do a basic remodel because the home is over 20 I’d never be able to match the tiles.. BUT low and behold this guy had some tricks up his sleeve and made my day!! He did not cut into the walls and instead insisted he could change the cartridge which was broken inside the valve and I’d be good to go and that’s exactly what Gary did!! I couldn’t be more pleased!! Gary was efficient, professional, and seemed to enjoy his job. I was at home alone and never felt uncomfortable with him at all- he was polite and a true vetted plumber- I hope management knows his worth!! Gary is a true asset for 5 star home services!! Thanks 5 star!! 5 stars for sending a real pro!

Cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner Ino. I had used them before to find the leak in my pool. He went out of his way to find the replacement part to save me money. Otherwise I would have had to spend thousands of dollars to drill through the deck to fix it. I just called him again for a leak in my spa. Once again he came out found the leak and again went out of his way to get the part for me and to replace it. All of this was done in a professional timely efficient manner and at a reasonable price. He was utterly patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly what was going on and how my system works. I highly highly recommend this company if you have a leak.
