This is a revised review from 8/9/16. David called from company wanting to make us happy as a customer. We had a long talk on maybe providing a couple different cost options for easier jobs vs a hard install instead of just a flat cost.My faucet was a lemon (which I purchased) and Precision plumbing came back out at no cost to replace faucet I had purchased. Also each time they came they were on time. They provide excellent customer service. I also meant the two star to be a 3 star in original review I wrote. I am now replacing with a five star review.

This is your finest option if you need plumbing services in Las Vegas. They offer excellent service at affordable pricing. They have been my go-to people for maintenance and gas leak repairs. Always, the work was done efficiently, effectively, and affordably. Furthermore, their customer care representatives are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My water heater went out on February 11th. This company was assigned to me by my warranty company American Home Shield and they came to my house on Saturday February 12th. The technician diagnosed my water heater as leaking and needed to be replaced. He then tells me that I will have to wait a week to over a month to get approved a replacement by AHS. He then tells me the water heater that AHS uses to replace mine is a piece of junk. He then tells me that his boss authorized him, at a expedited fee of $350 to use there unit which is a Rheem. He then tells me that I have the worst policy with AHS and that they hardly will pay anything. That the hoses, the pan, the earthquake straps, pulling the permit and most of the labor is not covered by my policy. He then tells me that my out of pocket is going to be $1400. He said that if I did not have AHS that I would be paying $2200 and he proceeded to show me other customers contracts that had that price, as well as other AHS customers who have been waiting since January 8th to get their water heater installed. I paid the $1400 and called AHS on Monday to ask why they do not cover all the expenses. The rep at AHS called this contractor who told them I struck a side deal with him. This is a lie. I paid what I did based on what I was being told. It is not a nice feeling to be taken advantage of and scammed out of coverage from AHS. If you have AHS and get assigned to this contractor, get someone else, or call AHS if they are telling you nothing is covered and you have a bad policy. I am currently communicating with AHS for a resolution. This is just bad business and NOT 5 STAR. Take your business elsewhere.

We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks. Their teams had to access all of our units, and the residents reported their employees were all extremely professional and courteous. We highly recommend their services.

These guys are great! My kitchen sink collapsed from under the kitchen countertop because the builder failed to install a required bracket. I gave Capital a call and they were out the same day to fix it. Dave and Dan, 2 brothers that know what they're doing. The price is fair and I trust their work. Highly recommended!

Quick, helpful & nice

Rep was timely, clean and very professional. Thoroughly explained what he was doing. Charges were reasonable. My water heater went out at approximately 4pm and was ready to go around 10 am the next morning. The water heater was last installed by another company and had warranty left. Impact handled the warranty exchange for me and all had to do was cover the difference in cost after the prorated cost was figured. VERY HAPPY.

Have worked with this company for years. They have always been on time and priced reasonable. Would recommend them and have to others.
