Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

I asked this plumber to fix my sewer. I'm a single mom who lives in a small town, so I'm not sure if I would have been able to find this company without Google. They sent out the most experienced plumber, who fixed my problem quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

They truly are a 24/7 business. My home A/C stopped working around 8:30 pm and I called to schedule appointment and had the option of a standard service call next day for a small fee or after hours for a big fee - I opted for the big fee and this team came out within an hour and had my A/C back up and running before 10pm. The fee was well worth it. The team was professional from dispatch to repair to billing. Very Satisfied - Zach did an amazing job - Thank You! DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPAMY IF. YOU WANT GOOD HONEST AFFORDABLE WORK DONE. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE TO FIX A PROBLEM AND IT NEVER GOT FIXED THEY CHARGED ME 400 DOLLARS TO SNAKE IT THEN TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T FIND THE MAIN LINE TO TOTALLY RID THE PROBLEM BUT ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO DIG DEEPER AND THAT WOULD BE 3200 AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT WAS TOO MUCH THEY WENT INTO THE SPILL OF FINANCING THEN I TOLD THEM NO AND THE PRICE MAGICALLY WENT DOWN TO 1500. THAT LINE THEY CLAIM THEY COULDN'T FIND I FOUND IT 4 FEET AWAY FROM MY HOUSE WHICH DID NOT REQUIRE ANY MAJOR DIGGING AT ALL SO YOU SEE THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. IT IS SO HARD TO FIND GOOD BUSINESS AND PEOPLE THAT THRIVE OFF OF INTEGRITY AND MORALS THESE ARE ATTRIBUTES THAT THIS COMPANY DEFINITELY DOES NOT HAVE.

James Stauffer came to do an estimate and check out water softener on a house we bought. He was very respectful and honest. Although we did not end up going through with services (we decided to forgo the water softener completely since it was so old) neither he or the company pressured us into unnecessary services or products. Both he and the company were completely honest and courteous. I will be using them in the future for any of our needs and I will be sure to pass them on to anyone who might need plumbing services. I was very happy for the great service they provided. I appreciate the time they took to come out for their free estimate. Anyone looking for honest plumbers should check these guys out.

Scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate on a clogged drain. Was given a 2 hour window (2 to 4). We were told when booking, someone would contact us. No one did. Thinking because we booked through Google, perhaps it didn't go through. We called and they claimed to have received our request but they were busy. This was at 3:45. They said they would call when someone was on their way. Again, no one called. By 6 o'clock we had received no response from this company, so we canceled. The audacity of them asking if we want to reschedule. No. Will never use this place as they don't know how to conduct business. So unprofessional.

I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday evening, knowing that I was in trouble if I was without hot water the next morning, I called LVR LV Restoration. I was lucky enough to reach Brian Mizanskey, he got to work immediately- I called him after 7:00 pm. He was able to fix my problem and everything was back to normal before 9:00 pm.
I highly recommend this company. I admire their dedication and willingness to help out when needed.

Great service in my time of need. My AC went out this week and the temps have been in the High 90’s low 100’s. Every company I called gave me a 3 day lead time. 5 star came out the same day and saved my family from the sweltering heat.
