We were absent for 18 months and the cartridge for the shower faucet collected scale and the hot water flow was severely reduced. I called NPA and scheduled a service visit for noon the next day. That was fair enough for a mid day call. But later, Andrew phoned and said he could come out that same day, which he did. He diagnosed the problem, went to get a new cartridge, came back shortly and installed it. They exceeded my expectations.

Black mold in our carpet, furniture & walls in the master bath/bedroom. As it were we found a business card on the street during a walk same day for this plumbing company!! The folks on the phone were professional, truthful and efficient. They had someone out the next day... as they were struggling with staff who were sick with Covid. The technician Ryan made quick work & clearly professionally trained of replacing a main pipe that was cracked & leaking into the wall & carpet. Additionally he made recommendations to clean up the mold in the walls to another source. That source called within the hour. Truly appreciate everyone's time & consideration during these very strange days. Thank you.

Last night our toilets decided that the water should be in the showers/bath tubs. We decided to wait a while maybe there was a burst pipe in our area. Nope, well we called and a matter of 30+mins Trenton showed up and un clogged our problem. Definitely will recommend them for friends and family and for future problems. Hopefully not that soon, price was decent for what he had to do. Thanks again

This company actually shows up on time! They call and communicate when they are on their way, provide reasonably-priced service and the lead times to get someone out to you is really quick. Have had them fix two things already and will continue to use them.

I had a leak in my main water line to my house on labor day right after celebrating my wife's birthday the previous day. Wayne showed up on short notice, on a holiday to fix my leak at a great price. He stayed until the job was completed. I have found my new plumber. His character and work ethic does all the talking. This is a guy you can trust. He used the proper methods and tools to pinpoint the leak and repair it without have to remove my tree or tear up my concrete. A+

James was very detailed with his explanations about the job. He was able to answer every question. Being a senior, I felt really good and confident with all of his suggestions and recommendations. He was also very sympathetic with our situation and very pleasant person to speak with.
