Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Franko was great. Got in there, found the leak in the wall quickly, got the supplies ordered and Basil arrived and got the problem corrected. I called Bosch at 11 pm because we had water leaking out of the concrete behind our bar at Johnny Mac’s. Keegan (the owner) was there in 15 min ready to help. I have had some poor experience with finding a honest, punctual plumber over the years. Very pleased. We will most definitely be using the Bosch team moving forward with all our plumbing needs. 10 out of 10!

Drew was super helpful and explained everything we needed for the water heater. He also diagnosed a water pressure problem and we are scheduling a second appointment for him to rebuild the valve system that the water flows through into the house. He will also be installing a pressure tank for the water heater to help balance pressure fluctuations. Love having the peace of mind that preventive maintenance pays off.

I had a shower cartridge that needed replacing. I had called several other plumbers, but because the hole in the shower wall was too small, others said they would need me to call a tile guy to open up the wall further to be able to do anything. Then I called Frontier Plumbing and they said they could try removing the shower cartridge without doing any of that, and they did just that! They went further to shop around for a new shower cartridge for me, since the replacement cartridge I already bought was incorrect. Saved me a ton of money and time on what could have been an expensive fix, and kept the price at an affordable rate. On top of that, they reinstalled the shower handle and caulked it, free of charge. Will definitely refer back to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

When they arrived, they determined the problem and immediately resolved it, with an explanation of parts and how the part affects the system. Overall, getting the appointment took longer than the actual servicing my air conditioning.

We highly recommend In-House Plumbing and Angel! My husband was hanging some floating shelves in my office and drilled through a pipe behind the wall. Water came shooting out practically flooding the room. Several calls to different plumbing companies with no results, we finally called In-House and Angel came right over. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will always go to Angel for any plumbing issues!

Had my water heater break... Guys came out quick and gave me great options to resolve the issue. The next day the returned first thing in the AM to replace the water heater under warranty and they explained in detail what was the likely cause of the break and how to prevent it going forward. They also addressed my additional concerns like water pressure and declining heat of my old heater. Fantastic service and support... Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Knocking this down from 5 stars to 1. The installation did not pass inspection. I called, and a tech is coming out to fix the issues. Here is the rub: the website advertises Same-Day Service. That should definitely come off from there. Neither my original call nor the second appointment had same-day availability. I understand that the times are tough -- but that's not an excuse for advertising what's not an option. Now, I am looking at the tail end of the scheduled two-hour window with a good chance of them barely making it. My schedule is scrambled and there is not much I can do about it -- the issues need fixing. Oh, well!
