Best Water Testing in Las Vegas NV

My ac quit blowing cold air out of nowhere. I called Mastermind Mechanical and Haik came out Same Day.!! He found the leak on my outside ac unit. I must add that he found it a lot faster then I thought he would. He repaired the leak and put back the freon. My ac is now blowing cold 🥶 as ever.!! Very grateful for the same day service. My house was 89 degrees and miserable. You can't afford to wait days and days in this Vegas summer heat.! Great customer service and a fair price.! Thanks again Haik..!!

I wish I could give negative stars. They are HORRIBLE with customer service. Tech walked away from the job because I called him out on not being here 6 times. Manager didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, just made up excuses of why they didn’t make it 6 times. HORRIBLE. Do NOT call this business. Pay to have a different, more reliable, and honest company come. LITERALLY HORRIBLE.

Called into the office at 6 pm on a Thursday night . Tech was at my house around 7 pm that night. Took him maybe 15 mins and had my kitchen sink flowing great. Best $105 I’ve spent.

2 months ago this company came out to work on one of my rental properties. When the tenant asked for the bill, they said they only leave the bill with the owner. And two months later I have yet to receive a bill. They could have left a bill with the tenant, or they could have mailed it to her address, or they could have mailed it to my address, or they could have recontacted me on Yelp. None of this happened. And yet I receive a letter from them that they are going to place a lien on my property if this bill is not paid. Mind you, I have yet to receive a bill, or a description of the work completed, or any sort of warranty on the work or parts. Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with as a property owner. Unbelievable! Buyer beware!

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.

My manufactured home's water heater burst today (Saturday) and was flooding, so it was definitely an emergency. I called Rakeman because I had an excellent experience with them in the past, but the woman who whined, I'm only a dispatcher and You'll need to call back on Monday was unacceptably rude, even though as a wheelchair user, I was extremely concerned about the leak. I called another plumber who had the water heater on the truck (something else the Rakeman employee whined about not being prepared for), and they installed my new water heater professionally and pleasantly. Rakeman Plumbing advertises 24 hour emergency service on their website, but they refused to even come to my house to investigate my problem. Thanks Rakeman, I'll avoid your whiny employees in the future, and I will look elsewhere when I need plumbing services.
