He has done jobs both big and small at my house. From main lines to reroutes. If you need it done. And want it done right the first time. He should be your go to plumber also. Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. The entire team from booking the appointment to installation is wonderful and helpful. Very knowledgeable and I felt like I was cared for as a customer. My old water heater was missing some code items like earthquake straps and on installation everything was corrected.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

Truly 3.5 stars. For the most part they are great. They replaced my main water line for a reasonable price. Had a leak after they fixed the line and came out quickly to fix it. They charged a percentage to pay by credit card, so that sucked. A couple of weeks later, I also had them repair a leaky toilet and while it no longer continuously runs, it still takes more than one try to make it flush all the way. I would have them fix it, but don't want to pay to have them come out again to fix it. It isn't running continuously anymore, but how did the guy not notice there was an issue with how it flushed (he did replace the flapper)? I paid a lot of money to fix the continuous running, just don't want to have to pay again for it to flush properly - unfortunate. Oh yeah, found out they no longer charge a percentage to those of us who want to use a credit card...sure, (what a week after?) fix this AFTER the $4,000+ service call. :-/

I had a leak in my main water line to my house on labor day right after celebrating my wife's birthday the previous day. Wayne showed up on short notice, on a holiday to fix my leak at a great price. He stayed until the job was completed. I have found my new plumber. His character and work ethic does all the talking. This is a guy you can trust. He used the proper methods and tools to pinpoint the leak and repair it without have to remove my tree or tear up my concrete. A+
