They truly are a 24/7 business. My home A/C stopped working around 8:30 pm and I called to schedule appointment and had the option of a standard service call next day for a small fee or after hours for a big fee - I opted for the big fee and this team came out within an hour and had my A/C back up and running before 10pm. The fee was well worth it. The team was professional from dispatch to repair to billing. Very Satisfied - Zach did an amazing job - Thank You! Who knew Goettl also handles plumbing issues! Normally I don't write reviews but the team did a great job helping us out that I have to give them shout out.When we noticed a water spot above our living room, we contacted them. Even though they were busy, the service rep understood the urgency and got someone to the house within a couple of days. Brennan figured out the issue immediately, and along with John, helped us get great pricing for the job - to fix a drain leak because the home builder didn't do a good job inspecting their work (house was brand new and we had only lived in it 4 years). It was late at night but Brennan coordinated with John and his team to get the work scheduled and completed within the week.Mark and David arrived early the next day. They were were not troubled by my many questions. David even offered to vacuum the carpet even though there was only a few specks of drywall on the ground. David definitely earned his title as the zealous comedian!Everyone we interacted with at Goettl were of the same mindset, solutions based, and provided exceptional customer service. We really appreciated this and will definitely use them in the future.

Called pipe dreams plumbing my water heater was leaking water had to be replaced.I talked to a gentleman named Chance. Chance informed me he had one of his employees just finishing a job. I was told a plumber would call me before coming, Zack called me said he would be there between 12 and 1. He arrived at 1230 replaced the water heater . Great job everyone very professional, I could not be happier. Thank you Chance and Zack. I highly recommended Pipe Dreams Plumbing.

Arrived exactly when he said he would. Best price in the area to replace my hot water heater. Excellent job well done and efficient. Did the work the same day I called. Everybody else quoted a higher price and a 2 to 10 day waiting period before they could even come out for an estimate. Charged exactly what he quoted. Brought everything up to code for hot water heater over 10 years old.
I recommend him without reservations.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

Dango Dango is a fake reviewer paid by other companies to bad mouth Reputable companies. if this not the case I challenge him to meet me face to face with documentation of his use of these companies. I will bet he will not, as like all scammers only talk and not an ounce of dignity or ethics.

Called Dan at about 8:30 at night and he showed up 30 mins later and took care of the issue I was having. Very professional I would recommend this companies services again to friends and family.

Tech was knowledgeable and informative. He answered my questions and concerns. I would use them again and refer them to others.
