Had a leak that was difficult to find they found and fixed it with no problems. They showed me the problem and how they fixed it. Very polite.

The 2 guys that came in where very professional and got the job done quickly.

My husband and I can absolutely recommend using Bosch Plumbing! We moved into our new home end of March and needed his service for a new kitchen sink and new toilets. Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. In house plumbing came to my home to take a look at a leak. I told them what the other companies told me about the problem. Angel was really straight forward with everything. I liked the price they gave me to fix the issue , it was almost half the cost of the other companies. Yes plumbing and my warranty company were charging me 5500-7000k to rerun my main water line , angel and his workers came and did an awesome job for 3500. I cant complain. Great honest job.

On April 18 I scheduled both a plumbing and A/C inspection.The plumbing inspection was scheduled for May 12 at 0800 to 1200; the A/C inspection was scheduled for the same day at 1230 to 1500. The plumbing inspection was done, the A/C inspection was rescheduled for June 5 at 1430 to 1730. The reschedule reason given was that there was a tremendous call for service from people who didn’t have A/C. I reluctantly gave my assent. I was GUARANTEED that you would NEVER cancel the next appointment.I received this text at 1600 the day of the second scheduled A/C service (for the 1430 to 1730 appointment on 5 June):Thank you for choosing Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. You are next in line; however, our previous appointments are taking a bit longer than expected. For this reason, we ask for your patience and understanding. Don't feel like you need to wait around all day, because we'll make sure to let you know when we're on the way! We'll reach out via phone or text 30 to 45 minutes before our technicians arrive.At 1910 I sent this text:“Do you have a ballpark timeframe of when the technician will show up for my 2:30 to 5:30 appointment?Sunset is in 45 minutes . . . ?”I received a telephone call from a manager (?) telling me that the technician was overwhelmed with work and would be here very late. When pressed, he said that it would be after 2200. I said that I would be up until 0100 and to send him out. He then retracted his statement and canceled the service. He set an appointment for 0830 to 1100 the next morning, said he would credit my account with $50 and would notify management of my dissatisfaction.Today I would grade your A/C technician as a 9 (and also your plumbing technician), but because of your scheduling SNAFU I would grade Goettl as a 2: I would NOT recommend you to my friends. You lied to me about (1) never rescheduling me and (2) your manager originally stated he would send a technician late (2200 or so) and then retracted his offer when I agreed to it, and you also failed to live up to your SADIE membership guarantee of priority service.

I had a mixing valve for my hot water heater go bad. First they tried to bill me $680 to replace. But I used my home warranty company that got a bill for $467 dollars and I was to pay the difference of $390! Over $800 in total! I choose to replace it my self and it took me 20 minutes and cost $138!! This company is a rip off!!!

Had a late night emergency plumbing situation and they answered my call and a plumber was there the same day. Thank you for the quick service.

My thanks to Chance who runs this very fine plumbing firm who gave me complete direction on HOW to go about solving my plumbing issue today. He spent real time with me in helping me figure out how to proceed and gave me excellent resources. He's the KIND of service firm that is a cut above and I will be using him in the future, I am quite sure.

Replacement of Flaper

Arrived as promised & was given a call when he was 10 minutes away. The only thing I didn't like was I had 2 jobs needing a bid ,& the written bid didn't have a breakdown for each one.

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!

For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.
