I can't tell you how many emergency plumbers we called when our valve snapped. Most didn't answer, others couldn't send a tech, only one could even send a request out to a tech but couldn't give an eta. After waiting 2 hours for them, we called Nevada plumbing authority. They got to us in record time, worked super fast, and prevented a flood. I'm eternally grateful, and cannot recommend enough.

we had a leak on our washing machine hose and i didn't know it was just a hose or a leak inside of the wall so i found Precision Plumbing and read a good reviews on google reviews so i called and made a appointment. lady on the phone was really nice and made making a appointment easy. i called them around 11:50 am she told me it's going to be around 1 to 3 pm for the plumber is going to come out. so i waited and they came out at 1 pm. i was really happy that they can come out so fast. when they were here that's when everything turn to sour. first the guys came into our house with their dirty boots. they didn't seem to care our carpets are getting dirty. our washer was upstairs so with their dirty boots they came up to our washer room and check for less than 2 minutes told me we just need to replace a hose. i asked them what would be the price to replace and told me $200 dollars. i was thinking to myself that this guys are nuts! $200 dollars to just replace 2 hose! what a rip off. they told me it's stainless steel hose so labor and for them to come out. lady on the phone told me that it was free to come out and give me an estimate and it was up to me to decide. i told them i might have to think about it and they started to tell me it might have a leak inside of the wall so they have to check it and took the drywall out. i told them to do it to make sure it is safe that i don't have any issue later on. so basically they came out didn't even do anything and damaged my wall by moving the washer and gave me a phone number to repair the drywall and charged me $200. i would never use this plumber again. what a ripoff. i'm here now waiting for a drywall repair guy to call me back. another thing is that they are telling to get a water softener from them for $2900. i don't think so! not from you guys! only good thing about the whole experience was the lady on the phone who was really nice. i don't think i can trust the google reviews anymore. it's up to you to go with the Precision Plumbing but, good luck i hope you don't have to deal with the guys i had.UPDATE:we got a call from Precision Plumbing. person who called was lady name Ronda. I really didn't think i would receive any calls from them or hear anything back but, to my surprise they did. i spoke with Ronda and she apologize and told me she would take care of the drywall that's been damaged and would repair the whole wall. she contacted one of the company and fix it in same day. i don't know what to say but, to say thank you! now that is what i call service. i didn't wanted to use this company again but, because of Ronda i would be using them for every plumbing need. also my wife and i are thinking of getting water softener from her. Thank you once again Ronda for excellent service!!!

From the first conversation I had with Curtis, the experience in general was stress free. Never once did he make me feel as if I'd be taken advantage of. I felt as if he literally diagnosed the problem from the description I gave him & it turned out to be exactly what's wrong. Can't review the work they would've/could've/should've done, since the technician never showed up. They blamed me for not calling them to confirm the morning of my appt, even though their voicemail to me said THEY were confirming the appt. They offered to reschedule, but no thanks. I'll look elsewhere.From their other reviews it appears they would've done good/great work, but I don't appreciate the onus of appt confirmation being shoved off on me.Note to other companies: When I make an appt with you, that IS my confirmation that I'll hold up my end of the bargain.

Just had my a/c system checked by Silver State HVAC. They sent 2 engineers - Sean and James. Both were professional, smart and friendly. They gave me good advice about my system and didn't try to up-sell me unnecessary items or service. Silver State is a great company to do business with, from the people in the office to their field engineers, installers and repair teams. Sean and James are great representatives of Silver State and it's a pleasure doing business with them.

I was told that someone would be here between 12 and 4. I let them know on the phone that I would need hydrojetting. A tech showed up at 1:30 p.m. he said he had nothing in his paperwork that said there was any clog and he didn't have a snake or a hydro jet. He said another tech would be here within 1 hour to with the snake to fix the clog, I reminded him out needs a hydrojet. Finally at about 4:00 I received a call saying that the tech with the snake would be on the way. I explained that a snake was not going to be sufficient. At about 5:30 a tech finally showed up and he had a snake. I told him he was going to need a hydrojet. He was very kind and he gave it his best effort but he said all he had was a snake and if that didn't work then they would be back. Now I know from experience and what another company told me in the past that in less than a year this is going to clog again I'm going to have to pay the copay to the home warranty company again and it's going to be a continual problem until it gets hydrojetted. I am not impressed with this company at all. All they have to do is the right process which a tech informed me last year needed to be done to fix the problem permanently. If the home warranty company wants to send these guys again I will refuse.
Update- We are now two weeks later and the backup happened again, because the repair was improper. I told the guy that it was going to happen like that. I called the home warranty company and they said that 5 star told them that my line was clogging because I was draining my pool into my kitchen sink. What an absurd claim! Luckily the home warranty company is sending out another provider.

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!
