not happy. tore up front yard and bathroom. did not mention they dont fix that mess. did finally agree to get it done. drywall work atrocious and cement still not done after more than 30 days. Were very friendly until loan documents were signed. after that no care at all

Contacted Anytime Plumbing through my warranty company to service an A/C that was not cooling my apartment. Was left without A/C for over a week because of their inability to resolve the issue. Had to have them come back 3 times over an 8 day period to finally have an operational A/C all through 90+ degree weather. They showed very little concern throughout the process up until the 7th day when I was told I was talking to the owner and that he was going to make sure it was resolved the next day (8th day). Would never use this company for any A/C needs. Looks like they must be good plumbers though, should stick to that.

I found LV Restoration & Plumbing online when searching for a leak detection service. On a Sunday morning, I entered my information online requesting an appointment. In less than 5 minutes, my phone rang. To my amazement, Brian told me he could be there later Sunday afternoon ! He called when he was 20 minutes away, like he said he would. He arrived soon after.
He was very friendly and well versed in water issues. He was knowledgeable with how Las Vegas Water District works and the problem that I was having. He walked around my property in 110 degree heat with a spring in his step, looking and listening for any leaks, as we deducted it was from my irrigation system. Once we investigated all 10 irrigation boxes, bugs in all, he found two leaks.
When I ask him how much do I owe, he said - nothing. His visit was a free estimate. I was pleasantly surprised and taken aback at the same time. I would definitely use LV Restoration & Plumbing again in the future for anything water related involving my home. Thank you Brian !

Service was done quickly and per my unprofessional point of view very good. ACs were washed out, cleaned. Even the sound get different after this maintenance :-)

Super shady when you call a company that's sends out a technician that tells you that your home warranty won't cover your repairs and he'll charge $1700 cash to do the work on the side but it will cost an additional $160 cash to get into the warehouse for the parts. After speaking to the home warranty that is going to be covering part of the work out of pocket is only going to be $600 now. This technician is stealing from the company and lying to the customers. I am going to be making a complaint with the owner of the company.
