Most didn't answer, others couldn't send a tech, only one could even send a request out to a tech but couldn't give an eta. After waiting 2 hours for them, we called Nevada plumbing authority. They got to us in record time, worked super fast, and prevented a flood. I'm eternally grateful, and cannot recommend enough.

I was replacing the fill valve in our toilet when the plastic handle to our toilet shut-off valve broke off when trying to shut the water off. I called Anytime Plumbing for help and a service man was here in about 2 hours! We couldn't believe that we were able to get same-day service. Albert was our service technician and he was very pleasant, prompt & knowledgeable. He replaced our toilet shut-off valve quite quickly but with great care & precision. While here, he also evaluated a couple of other water shut-off valves that we've had issues with to help us determine when & how to deal with them. We will definitely be calling Anytime Plumbing again when it's time to fix those valves and hope that Albert will be available again. Thank you for your remarkable service!!

My wife and I experienced an awful leak. Joe/Lewis were there the entire way. They are taking care of speaking with the insurance company for us. The work hasn't been done as of now. I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Walter our technician and repairman went the extra mile. to ensure our installation was correct. There was retrofit involved due to age of property and he double checked everything to ensure the installation of the water softening system and sink installation was done to spec and there were no issues. I would highly recommend Walter for any Plumbing needs. Very professional and
excellent to work with.

Scheduling was pretty good. The installer came out and was very nice and professional. The water heater was pretty big so he needed to call help. When I came home, they had finished but unfortunately it looks like the water heater fell and hit the wall. Not a huge problem, accidents happen.

Multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered.
