I read other reviews, which lead me to contact this company. From my first call and speaking with Carl I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with. They accommodated me with a same day appointment. The technician Tony was on time and very professional, he diagnosed the problem & the price he quoted was very fair and reasonable. Now a days it’s hard to find a honest & trustworthy company that’s not trying to rip customers office. If anyone is needing plumbing service please contact Active Plumbing for your needs. Honest and quick. They fixed the problem on one days notice. We had a leak. A different plumbing company insisted that we need to tear up concrete slabs etc to find the leak. Jump 2 it, on the other hand, diagnosed it as a faulty water softener and offered us options of bypassing it (cheaper) or replacing it. We replaced it with a non leaking and more efficient new unit and they also installed a pipe conduit for our air conditioners discharge to go into a water fountain and fixed another faucet in the back yard. A+++. work. I highly recommend this company.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.
