I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

Very rude staff. When trying to speak with them over the phone they had nothing to say about the way the employees were acting on the job just not listening to me explain what was going on. Overall shook with the way these guys think its ok to act towards their clients and will never be recomending or using this service again.

I couldn't do anything about my garbage disposal being broken. It honestly was just a mess, I heard about Burpee's from a friend at work. I'm so glad there is at least one exceptional company I can rely on here in Vegas. They were able to fix it in 5-10 mins, and they were so nice and professional too. Look I don't say this often but if you need someone to take care of your problem, discreetly, professionally, or even just of the highest quality than anyone else in this city; then Burpee's is the only option! Sin City plumbing sent over (without a doubt) one of their best plumbers to my house. Ura is his name, this man exemplified sincere customer service and gratitude. Talk about a fast and efficient worker who knows his stuff! After his task was complete, he even took a quick 5 minutes to assist me in taking my big tv off the wall just so I could attach the proper HDMI cable. What a blessing Ura was to me that day. He explained what exactly happened under my kitchen sink, as well as corrected a minor issue, and found a faulty garbage disposal to replace with a brand new one. I will 100% recommend this company, and more specifically plumber Ura!

I called them to clear a few sewer lines at my rental property, and they were very responsive, calling my tenants within minutes. The work was done without a hitch and the rates were reasonable. I've now used them a few times and each one has been a good experience.
