Somehow, in a town full of pools, finding a reputable leak detection company is difficult. I went through one company that was really good at taking my $400, but really awful at accurately finding leaks in a pool.

Finally, I was recommended Valleywide Leak Detection. This company is a keeper. On their first visit, they arrived on time and went about systematically locating the area of the leak. Then, both guys on site ran their own inspection to make sure they both came to the same conclusion of the exact location of the leak. Half the battle won already.

I hired the same guys to come back and make the repair. Again, they arrived on time and methodically and carefully removed the patio pavers next to the spa that were over the leak and laid them out in order for exact replacement. And, of course, right under the hole was the spa drain with a big cut in it. Perfect find.

They cut out and replaced the offending pipe and then perfectly relaid the pavers on top. Other than our pool maintaining its water level, one could never tell we had work done.

I give them an A+. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to. They aren’t a big name with fancy logos and billboards and 800 numbers — but their work and skills are impeccable. A local gem.

We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks. I called Roto-Rooter first because we had used them in the past and they did an excellent job. For this particular job we did get a lower estimate from another company so we will be using that company, but I will definitely call Roro-Rooter again if I have any future plumbing issues.

Miguel did a great job of explaining everything. He replaced a shutoff valve in my bathroom and replaced an anode rod for my water heater. Definitely recommend their company.

Superb Service At A Reasonable Price! I called A Better Plumbing Company after researching plumbers with the Better Business Bureau, Nevada State Contractor's Board, and through online reviews.

I called A Better Plumbing Company in the afternoon and was offered a same day appointment. I spoke to Carla who was extremely pleasant. She stated that Juan was in the area and would be able to stop by for a quote before the end of the day. Juan arrived a short time later and promptly assessed the situation. Juan assured me that the repair could be handled relatively quickly, and he wasted no time in getting to work. Juan removed the leaky pipe and soldered in a new pipe cleanly. Juan also happily completed some smaller repairs that I had forgotten to mention to Carla, and he did so despite having to work past normal business hours.

Juan’s Get-It-Done attitude was greatly appreciated. He answered my endless questions without exasperation. He didn’t give me short cursory answers either and did not talk down to me.
