Best Tub Replacement in Las Vegas NV

I called Nevada plumbing authority after a dishwasher repairman left our garbage disposal unusable. They called back nearly immediately and helped us fix the issue over the phone. The plumber did not even need to visit our house! Honest and helpful. Any plumbing problem we ever have again we will be calling Nevada plumbing authority! Thank you!

Truly 3.5 stars. For the most part they are great. They replaced my main water line for a reasonable price. Had a leak after they fixed the line and came out quickly to fix it. They charged a percentage to pay by credit card, so that sucked. A couple of weeks later, I also had them repair a leaky toilet and while it no longer continuously runs, it still takes more than one try to make it flush all the way. I would have them fix it, but don't want to pay to have them come out again to fix it. It isn't running continuously anymore, but how did the guy not notice there was an issue with how it flushed (he did replace the flapper)? I paid a lot of money to fix the continuous running, just don't want to have to pay again for it to flush properly - unfortunate. Oh yeah, found out they no longer charge a percentage to those of us who want to use a credit card...sure, (what a week after?) fix this AFTER the $4,000+ service call. :-/

Kurt has been great to work with. He has been honest with us and has fair pricing. We are thrilled with the work he’s done for us. He’s installed a water softener and a toilet for us. He shows up on time for appointments and is happy to answer any questions we have had.

I noticed water pressure regulator failed to lower water pressure inside the house and contacted 702 PlumbAir. Appointment was easy. When the technician showed up, he measured the water pressure again to make sure, and verified that the regulator indeed stopped working. He even tried to match the make of the regulator and did a pretty clean and thorough job replacing it.

I noticed my downstairs toilet was leaking water all over the floor. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I contacted Drain busters through the thumbtack app. Rachel responded to my message immediately and sent Aaron out to my home. Within an hour he had it fixed, it was the wax ring. They got everything scheduled and the job completed before noon! I contacted them at 9am! Both Rachel and Aaron were so professional and fast! I'll never use any other plumbing company again! Great staff! Honestly the best in home service I've ever experienced!

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

I put out some feelers for toilet repair this morning - the toilet quit flushing during the night. Got a response from Rakeman Plumbing within an hour or so, said they could be out today; I hired them.

The techs showed up this afternoon, went about their work efficiently, with consideration for our home, didn't leave a mess, and were done in fairly short order. Repaired flush valves in two toilets, and replaced the fill valve in one. The cost was more than fair.

Rakeman will get my recommendation if anybody asks me.
