I called Bosch at 11 pm because we had water leaking out of the concrete behind our bar at Johnny Mac’s. Keegan (the owner) was there in 15 min ready to help. I have had some poor experience with finding a honest, punctual plumber over the years. Very pleased. We will most definitely be using the Bosch team moving forward with all our plumbing needs. 10 out of 10!

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

I had a leak in my main water line to my house on labor day right after celebrating my wife's birthday the previous day. Wayne showed up on short notice, on a holiday to fix my leak at a great price. He stayed until the job was completed. I have found my new plumber. His character and work ethic does all the talking. This is a guy you can trust. He used the proper methods and tools to pinpoint the leak and repair it without have to remove my tree or tear up my concrete. A+

Service Technician Roy Adame just left my home and was here longer than expected because he did everything with precise detail and knowledgeable explanation on our Air Conditioner Unit. We are both Army Veteran's and enjoyed each other's company, which we connected in so many ways. Here is my assessment on Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing. They PUSH a lot of ADVERTISING & extremely good at it. Also, they're not CHEAP. Bottom line & truthfully, I wouldn't utilize there services.

Pipe dream plumbing is an exceptional company with extraordinary employees! I contacted Pipe Dreams company and spoke with a gentleman name Chance. (AN HONEST COMPANY) Chance informed me the company unfortunately couldn't unclog the drain because its not something they do. Chance took 14 minutes out of his morning to explain the way most plumbing companies operate. He made me feel comfortable with the plumbing lingo and what i would need in a company. In the end he recommended Elliott's and it all made sense. Will with Elliott's showed up. (Will is an amazingly professional, soft spoken yet confident, employee that never pitched me) He came in and listened attentively to my problem, and reassured me he could fix the problem. (Not in a way that made me believe he had something to prove, but rather as if he's been doing this all his life) From the time he walked through the door until he removed the clog and cleaned up was 11 minutes. Grateful is not a strong enough word. It takes an honest company to give an honest opinion, while taking time out of their busy schedule to help someone else without any return. I will forever remember the olive branch Chance at pipe dreams extended. When i need any major renovations or run into a problem I will definitely be giving pipe dreams a try. I totally love this company! Our kitchen faucet broke. After shopping around we decided to go with Dino's. The new faucet was installed the following day in less than an hour, all for nearly the same price as purchasing it on the web! We are delighted with this faucet which comes with a full warranty! As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

Dan is so honest and great! I’ve had so many issues with previous plumbers who were scammers so I didn’t know where to go or who to trust. Dan gave me a fair and reasonable quote right up front and the price didn’t change after the job was done. He was thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions. He explained different techniques to resolve certain plumbing issues, the price differences, timeline and efficiency of each technique so there’s NO surprises or hidden fees. So so grateful, I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs and I look forward to having his services moving forward.
