Silver State had a tech named Danny call me w/in mins of calling, telling me he was on his way. Danny had diagnosed and fixed the issues w/ my Lennox unit in under an hour. He is very skilled and explained everything to me. They have great techs, great service and great prices. Danny is a credit to the company.

I needed my water heater to be swapped out because the water heater I purchased at Home Depot failed after 3 years of service. The warranty was for 6 years.

Ronald came to my home and gave me a free quote. I felt he was honest and I could trust him. Another technician had come to my home earlier and it was double the price and he was trying to scare me.

David asked if he could come 1 hour early and I said Yes. He removed the water heater and we drove to Home Depot (10 min away). Home Depot gave me store credit and used that to purchase the new water heater. The difference was $225.

David installed the new water heater and the whole job was complete in 2 hours.

I’m so thrilled with the entire Pipe Dreams team. I found them after receiving three different estimates for a main water line replacement. Not only was their quote the most fairly priced—but their approach made way more sense to us than some of the others did (most of which involved tearing up and replacing concrete) AND we absolutely loved everyone we dealt with—from the owner, Chance, to the plumber on our job, CJ.

We chose to go with them and are SO glad we did. Even the city inspector commented on how thorough their work was. We had a major leak at the water main and cld in 2 companies to give us a bid. Their bids were exorbitant and entailed tearing up the front garden and paving stones. I decided to do some homework and noticed on my “Next Door” app that Dino’s had great reviews. I cld them late in the afternoon and Michelle answered and she was very concerned that we had no water as it was turned off. She promised they would come the next day between 10am & Noon as they were quite booked. However I was very happy to get a call from her early the next morning telling me she could be there in 10mins. I could not believe it. They came as promised and Dino went to work immediately and pinpointed where he suspected the leak was. ... 3 ‘ from the meter. He had his empl dig a short trench and confirmed the location and cause of the leak. He found out the leak was caused by a faulty joint and replaced it with a state of the art heavy duty pipe joint. He also confirmed that the existing pipes was a high quality water pipe and did not need to be replaced.
No tearing up of our front garden or paving stones and most important I did not have to pay THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS estimates as provided by the 2 previous Companies.
I am furious at the other 2 companies, one of them told us that the existing pipe was faulty and was banned even though he had not seen it.
