Jose came out last Sunday to replace some old copper flex lines due to a hairpin leak in one of them. He arrived within 30 minutes of the call being place and was prompt and completed the job in no time at all! Had read prior reviews on him and felt like I had a superstar in my home to take care of the issue at hand !! Thanks again Jose for a job well ! My water heater broke and flooded my garage. I called AHS warranty company and they gave me the runaround for days, while I had to sit for HOURS on hold on the phone just to get transferred around repeatedly.

They finally assigned my claim to 5 Star Home Services and I was able to get an appointment set up. They sent Garry to check my water heater and he showed me where it had leaked and that I need a new one.

By this time I had been taking cold showers for over a week! AHS was still giving me the runaround and I ended up catching a cold and laryngitis from the cold showers.

I was finally able to get an appointment with 5 Star to get it replaced because I had finally given up on AHS. Garry ended up calling me 2 days before my appointment and he told me he could come THAT same day to install it!!!

Needless to say, I was thrilled and he did such a good job. He was very patient with answering all my questions and I was able to take a long hot bath that night.
