Very professional by wearing his mask and putting on cloth boot covers when going on carpet without even asking. I’ve had other plumbers come in with their dirty boots with no concern of my carpet. Not just a professional but an expert in his craft.

Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.

Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!

We were given a 2 hour window, and the technician sent a text and arrived in an extremely timely manner. He was prompt, professional, and thorough.

Update: Operations Manager called after I posted this review and apologized for the poor service. His comments and sincerity were honest and appreciated. I will give them a call if I need any plumbing done.

Two visits (one for an estimate and the other to do the work) and both times over a hour outside the scheduled two hour window. On second visit received a text informing me they were on their way. Showed up a hour and forty five minutes later and 65 minutes past the scheduled two hour window.

Thanks to Hydro Plumbing, we were able to get our washer valves repaired the same day and with no hassle. I really appreciate Saul and Richard for all their help and patience with us in our place. They truly are amazing and well informed in what they do! I recommend them for their constant communication and hard work.
