Jason has fixed leaks for me, fixed toilets, installed toilets, faucets, shower heads, bathtub faucets, and removed a bad water heater and replaced it with a new one. He always does great work with no problems whatsoever. I would recommend him for any plumbing job!

Do you miss the honest, trustworthy and fair priced plumbers of yesteryear? You’ve found them with this company. When I needed a water softener after moving to Nevada and as a single woman I prayed I’d find a plumber who wouldn’t rip me off. Preston and his 40+ year plumber experienced father Roger were just the right fit. Their experience, expertise and fair pricing along with their prompt action to help me couldn’t have been better. Instinctively I knew I could trust them. They advised me on a good softener and installed it neatly. They came running when I had a kitchen sink plumbing problem. They came back on another date to install a laundry tub. They have become like family! I feel perfectly comfortable to leave them in my house to repair or do any work at this point. You will not be disappointed with this company as they also have strict employee guidelines for the rest of their staff. Obviously I highly recommend this company!

My most recent work order with this business was to install a reverse osmosis unit under my kitchen sink. Once again, top quality job with attention to detail. Preston & Roger are the absolute BEST in the plumbing field with so much experience to back up their work. I am a young single female and often have issues with companies trying to take advantage of me. My plumbing recently went out and my old plumbing service had moved cities. I called several companies that gave me a Free Quote, and came by my house.

Many of them tried to offer me services I didn't need at outrageous prices. When you don't make a lot of money and can't take a shower or use the bathroom in your own home it's maddening to have to deal with these kinds of companies because they caused me a great deal of stress, anxiety, wasted time, and even sadness.

When I came across an AD for, MG Drain Cleaning Services, on a random google search I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that I didn't believe Miguel's prices and didn't believe he would take care of me. However, I took a chance anyway. I figured I'd be searching a while for a good person/company anyway.

However, MG Drain Cleaning Services ended what I thought would be a long LONG search for a solid plumbing company and created what will be a life long business relationship instead.

He communicated clearly and efficiently with me through text and arrived to my home on time and ready to work. Each company I tried to work with never found the main clear out to my home and he found it in ten minutes. My mind was blown! I had just gotten a shipment of jewelry and I stayed in my room trying on new things. Meanwhile, I let Miguel go in and out of my home to work on jetting my plumbing. As a single female, that should speak volumes as to how safe I felt with him.

When he was done, he did a better job than ANYONE I'd ever worked with in the 8 years living at my home. My plumbing is running SO smooth now and he gave me an honest and thorough review of my over all system, problems I could face in the future, and things I could work on. (all feedback that I never even expected) When it came time to pay I paid the amount we agreed on in the beginning. Miguel didn't try to up-sell me and never once complained and stuck to the program.

I told him that he would be my plumber for LIFE. I asked him for his card and was determined to leave a review not only to bring him more business but to help anyone like me who doesn't have time, money or the patience to deal with these bad companies out there.

Also, writing this review was on my TO DO list for about two months because I didn't want to leave a two sentence review. I wanted it to be genuine and well thought out but I'm also lazy. lol So here is my REAL and honest review. Do yourself a favor and choose this company to do your plumbing you will see what I'm talking about. Or, you can overpay for services you don't need, use an out house or a gas station to use the bathroom, or cause yourself more stress than you're already in. It's up to you. : )

Was referred by our overbooked plumber. Excellent scheduling process. Tech arrived without PPE protocols in place. Pleasant but self impressed... diagnosed component replacements for our water heater would cost almost the purchase price of our unit... which included his $120/hr rate for the drive across town to aquire parts. After discussing these fees w our plumber we decided to just replace & install it for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel my service request & pay a service call fee. They were once again very pleasant & professional, refusing payment seemingly embarrassed w Darren's behavior. Then Darren texted whining about our 2nd opinion. He thinks Covid-19 is imaginary. I told him he should expand his sources of factual information then i decided to leave it alone.... then.... Darren mistakenly texted me instead of his boss calling me a pea-headed f## lol yes he even mispelled the profanity. If you call these folks you should definitely request anyone but Darren. It's hard to get good help
