TECHCOOL Air Conditioning is awesome. We had an issue with our A/C not cooling. We called our home warranty and they sent out a company that was unable to fix the problem. We requested another company and we were sent the best. Zack from TECHCOOL arrived was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Zack was able to find the problem and fix it.

My sister was having a serious issue with out door spicket that was so corroded that she could not get hose off. Joe came out within an hour of call Got it off added pipe out from house and added heavy duty spicket. He did a great job, so professional and nice.I got them from the internet search. They were family owned and here in Vegas for many years, so that sold me.I told her to call them after not being able to get anyone from several calls to other companies The leak was small but concerned it would get worse.I will use them going forward and will spread the word as will my sister. Cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner Ino. I had used them before to find the leak in my pool. He went out of his way to find the replacement part to save me money. Otherwise I would have had to spend thousands of dollars to drill through the deck to fix it. I just called him again for a leak in my spa. Once again he came out found the leak and again went out of his way to get the part for me and to replace it. All of this was done in a professional timely efficient manner and at a reasonable price. He was utterly patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly what was going on and how my system works. I highly highly recommend this company if you have a leak.

I had a problem with my water heater, it wasn’t staying lit. They were professional and very courteous. The gentleman who helped be was very knowledgeable and was very informative. The technicians name was Anthony B. And he was very quick at finding what the problem was from my not very good description.
