Company failed to respond to the first appointment and rescheduled for the next day. They missed the 4 hour window and called and said they would have to reschedule a third appointment 2 days later. The Technician was very unprofessional on the phone and the office receptionist wasn’t much better. They should change the name to 1 star service.

Received the quote (after receiving multiple quotes similar in price from other companies) told him to go ahead and do the work. Ended up charging me less than original quote. Honest! This guys business is going to do well.

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

Very rude staff. When trying to speak with them over the phone they had nothing to say about the way the employees were acting on the job just not listening to me explain what was going on. Overall shook with the way these guys think its ok to act towards their clients and will never be recomending or using this service again.

Liked the web ad and phoned them believing that I had a serious leak in my 12 year old water heater. Chris arrived in less than one hour and made a quick assessment. My water heater was OK but I had a leak in another water line. He fixed it in short order and presented me with a very fair bill. He could of easily sold me a new heater, but instead did the right thing. When my old heater fails I will surely call this company. I greatly appreciate their HONESTY!!

Superior service. Called for appointment and was greeted by friendly and helpful employee. Was given a reasonable time when plumber would be able to be at my house. Received a call back rescheduling appointment to a sooner time. Plumber was clean, friendly and was very helpful in solving my plumbing problem. Would recommend Las Vegas Roto-Rooter.

Eric from Sin City Plumbing did a great job, quickly fixing a pinhole leak that had developed in our garage wall. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was going to do each step of the way. I called on the weekend and got the answering service; however I received a call back from a Sin City Plumbing representative within minutes. From beginning to end, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I heard water running for over an hour but couldn’t see any evidence of where it was going—no water anywhere. When I called, the dispatcher was able to have someone at my home within an hour! The tech did a thorough investigation and determined the reason for the rushing water sound. Everyone involved in this interaction was very professional and I felt they were concerned about my satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again.
