We were absent for 18 months and the cartridge for the shower faucet collected scale and the hot water flow was severely reduced. I called NPA and scheduled a service visit for noon the next day. That was fair enough for a mid day call. But later, Andrew phoned and said he could come out that same day, which he did. He diagnosed the problem, went to get a new cartridge, came back shortly and installed it. They exceeded my expectations.

I broke a cartidge in my shower trying to replace it. The first company that came and looked at it said they'd have to cut into the drywall costing about $500, a second company i spoke to on the phone said the exact same thing but these guys show up and managed to remove the broken half and used the replacement I had already purchased and only charged me $100. Will definitely give these guys the first chance on any furher problems.

Curtis was persistent in finding my plumbing issues, both with leak and faucet repair, took the time to explain to me options, then worked diligently to repair.

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks.
