After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

Between Jason and Andrew aka the dynamic duo, they are the Mario and Luigi of plumbing... Reliable, professional, awesome, etc... I can go on and on about how Ammmazzzinngggggg they are especially in an emergency, but either way I'm glad that I kept digging because they're that hidden treasure with extra gems in the side and leaning out of the treasure chest... I chose Techcool after refusing 4 other companies offered by my home warranty company to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I made the right choice in waiting until I was offered Techcool. They sent out Fernando, an extremely competent and professional young man who was great to deal with as he repaired everything. He kept me updated on the status as things progressed, worked extremely hard on getting some parts and fixtures replaced, and when he left everything was working perfectly. The 2 guys that came in where very professional and got the job done quickly.

The worst experience ever. I called the place for a 10 minutes job (to change the pressure control valve). So, Chris came, took a look, then calculate in his tablet and came with a price that we were thinking he is joking or he things we are stupid. I was offended when I realized that he was serious. $775.00 for a part that cost $60.00 and 10 minutes to replaced. I tried to explain that I work in property management and I know prices but he insisted that is the price. I called the office to complain and next day when I spoke with Mike who claims he is the manager was as rude as Chris insulting my intelligence claiming that is a correct price. So, we went to HD, purchased the item($72.00), had a plumber coming and install for $60.00 in 10 minutes. So, I saved $600.00
Do you think for a second that was the price? No, they just tried to cheat.

On time, clean, professional shower head install

$360 AN HOUR!? This review is purely on the estimate. They may very well have skilled technicians.We had one of their technicians come to our house for a free estimate. This was to 1. Cut a small hole in the back of the vanity and 2. Hook up the his and her bathroom sinks.The technician quoted us $1080 which seemed absurdly high so we opted to do it ourselves.Using YouTube and asking some people at a plumbing supply store for pointers my husband did the whole job in 3 hours with zero experience to a perfect product. The cost in parts was $30.Now I would assume that a trained plumber would be faster than someone with zero experience but assuming that he did the exact same job in the exact same time he bid the job at $360 and hour.

Vallywide came out to find out leak. We don't have a shut off valve, which makes the process more complicated. The guys who came where trust worth, and this will be the company I go to in the future. Also, they have good prices in comparison.
