Gerson came to my home and found the source of our leak! i've had two other plumbing agencies out here that said it was the main leak and it was going to run me close to 14 grand when in reality what Kirsten found was what my husband and I both found was that know it was an emitter leak and it would cost the amount of digging a small emitter tube up and replacing the tube and a couple of other areas that need piping replaced so under 100 bucks to fix the problem he knew what he was doing and he didn't stop until he found where the week was highly recommended

This company’s name definitely doesn’t disappoint! Our Technician Alex V. is super cool and very informative. He makes sure to explain everything clearly for us to understand and then makes sure the job at hand is done right.

Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.

From my opinion, this is exactly how a service business should operate! I hae used this service before and I was pleased with the results. Their communication is great and service delivery is as promised.

The technician, Mr. Sharpe, was friendly, knowledgeable and right on time. He was able to locate the leak and repair it with minimal damage. Mr. Sharpe was a pleasure to work with. Their prices are reasonable!

Roto Rooter Henderson is a dishonest ripoff! They installed a pump 3 weeks ago for $1000 ($400 labor for a 45 min job) and it already quit working. They now want me to pay for another because it was abused. Keep in mind they never told us anything about what we should or should not do when they installed it. Ray the owner was obstinate, condescending, and rude saying he has no responsibility and frankly could care less. Call anyone but these guys. BTW they showed up a day later than scheduled. 👎

I have delt with Larkin many times before at my home and I am always happy to know that whatever I requested was fixed properly. I go to Larkin because I want an honest opinion as how to solve my plumbing or pool problems, yes I said pool. The servicemen give me options, if a repair or replacement is necessary. In particular, the pool heater is about 23 years old and I am in the process of selling my home. The pool heater would not work and I was afraid that this could be expensive. I called Larkin and they sent out the same man that has taken care of my problems and he checked it out. He advised me that the pool heater needed some kind of a switch and he said that the heater should last many years. He was unsure if he had the switch with him but just minutes later he returned to my backyard and installed the new switch. He called and got the price, which in my opinion was not bad at all, and then finished the job. Sure I could have called a pool company and waited a week or two for this but I have had very good experiences with this serviceman and the company. As far as the plumbing goes, I have not had any doubts as to their experience or integrity, all I can say is great company and great service. Larkin has been taking care of my plumbing needs for 20+ years and as long as they are around, I will continue to use their services.

Sunny plumbing showed me all the experience I needed. Nick Rollins was very personable and did an excellent job. In fact he came to do one job and noticed something else wrong. Alex came on time. He was superb to work with. Patient and knowledgeable lead to finding the water leak coming from our hot water tank. I would recommend Alex for anyone who wants a good company that was very transparent and fair in the price charged. Certainly this company deserves the name MUCH BETTER PLUMBING

My water softener has had a slow drip ever since we moved in over 4 years ago. Not an emergency, but annoying enough that hard water has started to stain the garage floor. I kept putting it off until today - I saw a Lange Plumbing van parked next door. I asked if he wouldn't mind taking a look when he was done with the neighbor. He (Donnie) came over, grabbed a few tools from his truck, fixed the leak, and refused payment. It may have been a simple fix for him, but it lifted a real burden off my shoulders. Can't thank you guys enough. I've saved your contact info in my phone. When a bigger problems comes up (and they always do), you'll be the first call I make.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.
