Mark is the best plumber in Las Vegas. He's incredibly knowledgeably, friendly and professional. Plus, he answers the phone. Not only did Mark save me 70% over previous estimates, he first tried some simpler solutions at his own expense. It was almost worth having the problem just to experience the service.

I am editing my original review because it was not so good because of a bad experience, but after letting them know about the unresolved issues, StraightUp Plumbing made it right. Heres what happened: Mark did not address my original issue of a leaky toilet shut-off valve, but instead installed a new flush valve inside the toilet. He also changed out the cold water shower knob, and installed a new garbage disposal. When I viewed my email receipt I noticed I had been charged for the flush valve PLUS a flapper inside the toilet, and also for installing TWO knobs in the shower. I called and spoke to Chad, who immediately took the bull by the horns. He re-dispatched Daniel who installed the missing flapper AND fixed the leaking shut-off valve (which was the original problem). I really cannot say enough about Daniel; he is a very nice, professional and personable guy. Thank you Chad for taking care of this for me. As I promised, I am amending my original review, and if I ever need a plumber again I will request Daniel - only Daniel.

I highly recommend this plumber and his excellent services. I intend to utilize them again in future projects. The technicians were friendly yet very skilled. They called back when I asked for a quote on replacing a plumbing fixture. The work was perfectly executed on the same day.

24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC had the technician come out to unclog my kitchen sink line that was backed up he was very courteous and professional he was able to unclog my kitchen sink stoppage in no time. I would highly recommend him for all my future plumbing needs.

I had to call a plumber today, and after searching the Yellow Pages I chose Roto-Rooter.
So glad I did, because like the fictional plumber, Josephine of the 60’ TV commercials they were Johnny on the spot. The new toilet was installed in record time, at an affordable price followed by a good cleanup after completion.

These guys were the only company that did NOT charge to come look and give me an estimate. Then the price was completely reasonable. They were fast and efficient. Not to mention that everything that day was going wrong and they were actually understanding and compassionate with my circumstances. As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

From first phone call to completion of a water heater replacement in less than 12 hours, now that's what I call amazing service! Dion was professional, easy going, and so very nice!!!!! Highly Recommend!

Lange Plumbing is a great company. I was trying to get to them on Google search when I got a link that said Lange Plumbing-Mr. Rooter. If you get this link, don't do it. It will not take you to Lange. It will take you to Mr. Rooter and they are not good. Make sure you are directed to Lange Plumbing.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!
