Unfortunately our hot water tank flooded our garage, we couldn’t use even the cold water because the water just would pour out of the tank. We called the Sunny Plumber and they were here in less than a half hour. We knew we would have to purchase another hot water tank, but we decided to go with a tankless water heater, so we won’t have this problem again, it came with a 15 year warranty, Sunny Plumber took care of everything including the permit, now we have instant hot water and we are fearless of ever flooding.
The technician Ivan, was very meticulous and cleaned up everything behind him, he was pleasant and answered many questions we had.

I have used this company on three separate occasions. They are amazing and so efficient. All three occasions they came the same day which is so important when you have plumbing issues. I had a sudden issue with my water heater yesterday. I googled local repair services in my area and sent a quote out to 3 companies around 2PM. MG Drain Cleaners responded basically immediately and asked what issues I was having. I explained and Miguel told me he could come look at the problem by 5PM the same day! He came by at 4PM, so least than 2 hours after I contacted him. (Other companies told me I would need to wait until the 27th to have them come out.)
He quickly identified the problem, got the necessary parts to fix the issue, and went to work. He worked very quickly and efficiently! The issue was resolved in less than 2 hours, I believe. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the issues to me, what had to be done, and gave my husband I an estimate to approve before getting to work.
The pricing was beyond reasonable, especially considering how fast he repaired the water heater.
He showed me after fixing the water heater and gave a few tips on how to handle it in the future, if any other issues were to arise.

Miguel was at my house today to reroute pipes due to a leak. He was very through and professional. He worked steadily and quickly to finish the job. He cleaned up everything when he was done. The leak was fixed and pipes rerouted. I find Lange Plumbing to be honest and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone and happily use them again myself.

Second time I've used Plumbing Pros. I called late afternoon, was too late in the day, but Larry not only called me back right away the next morning, was even early to my house! He promptly took care of my problem was price was very reasonable, less than half of what was quoted with another company. He is a great and trustworthy guy, I'm happy with my service with him, and would be very happy using Plumbing Pros again for my plumbing services!

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.
